I needed to do my floors for my new house and what did you know Home Depot nearby! I have a good amount of experience with doing floors and they have it sectioned out really well here. They even have the colors that my wife loves.

Steve in the Flooring department is super knowledgeable and is very helpful...that's why I shop at this one on MacArthur in Santa Ana

Our visit to the Home Depot Kids Workshop was fantastic! My son had a blast learning how to use tools and building his own project from scratch. The best part was that he got to take it home at the end. It was both fun and educational, a great experience for kids and parents alike.

This Home Depot store is undoubtedly the best in the area. We made substantial purchases, including an 18-foot ladder and 20 bags of mulch. Dennis, the assistant manager, and his team impressed us with their professional assistance in loading everything into our Tesla SUV.

Home Depot came through for me when I needed tools for a last-minute job. They had everything I required, making my task much easier. Thanks, Home Depot, for always being reliable and well-stocked with essential supplies!

When I needed a hot water tank I was lead to the tanks, the help pulled what hardware to buy. Handed me the pan I needed, loaded everything on the cart. I paid and out the door in 25 minutes with help to load the heater onto my truck. A very nice experience because I didn’t have any time to spare.

The manager Dennis and technician Noel were amazing. I had a technical issue, and they not only provided the resources but also insight on how to improve my project. These two workers not only see the job to completion, but they elevate it to excellence. My project is better because of Dennis and Noel. Very great workers.

Went there to pick up a gallon of paint for a bedroom. Picked a shade and approached the paint assistance counter and it literally took 2 minutes to get our shade mixed and we were good to go.
Right before we went to HD we stopped by at Lowe's and literally stood there for 15-20 minutes trying to pick our shade and there was no one to ask on how to get the right shade mixed.
I've had a great experience at HD before, been to this location for the first time though. The staff is very nice, the location is convenient.

Products and guidance available under one roof.
Layout is user friendly.
Variety of items available is mind bogging. Even the categories are numerous.
I spent about one hour browsing many interesting products and ended the visit spending refreshing time in section displaying potted plants and gardening utilities.

The good sir rick helped us out wonderful customer service and same goes for the cashier savannah on lane 1 she was super helpful even when the card reader was a little hard to deal with she helped out

Easily found help and easily found what we were looking for. Maybe it's just me but it felt more spacious

I took my son to the Home Depot Kids Workshop, and we had a great time. He really enjoyed learning how to use different tools and building his own project from scratch. He also loved the fact that he got to keep it at end of the workshop.

Love HD they always have what you want and more

Helpful associates once you hunt them down and get them to help you. They have helped me through many DIY home projects and saved me a lot of headaches. I’ve spent way too much time wandering these isles looking for an item until an associate helped me find it. Signed up for the military discount which you can use online or in store. It’s quickly become one of my most frequently visited stores, even my boys are regulars.

Went with my father to purchase some materials for a DIY project.

When we started gathering the materials/items we ran into a few issues. It showed that there was Inventory on hand but there was "ZERO". So we just continued down our list & at the end we asked an associate to HELP. I thought since we explained to him that we had gone in an checked their inventory & also looked at were it showed it was located that he would do something similar, but NO. Instead he just said follow me so we did. Next thing you know we're walking down isle after isle & he just keeps saying "I know I seen them around here". After about an hour I told the gentleman it's ok. Will just come back in a few days & get those items. But if you can do me a BIG FAVOR, can you PLEASE relay this info. to the appropriate person in charge of inventory so it can be corrected or fixed. So that when I come back I can see that it's either available or not. I'd really appreciate it. I also told him if it's not your job just let me know so that I can talk to the correct person. But he said he would take care of it.

This Home Depot has provided me with professional and effective service more than once. However, this last visit was exceptional. Judy in the hardware department helped me make copies of my keys. Everyone I dealt with in the hardware department, in addition to other parts of the store, was helpful, and efficient. All the employees I interacted with seemed happy to assist and in a good mood. I definitely would come back to this location for my other Home Improvement needs.
