7-Eleven

I have been going to this 7-Eleven for many years! I work near Estancia so this is like home to me. The sweetest cashier is Surinder Singh! He always smiles and asks how I am doing. He's one of the reasons why I feel so welcomed to come here during my breaks from work! I think others that work there should learn from him because his customer service skills are at the top!

Cashier Surinder Singh is very nice, polite and knowledgeable person. He helped me lot and provides very good customer service.

One of the clerks kind of just stood there twiddling his thumbs for like a minute and a half while the other clerk had a whole bunch of people in line so I'm going to have to go to four star because it's not that the guys at bad guy or anything but he was being kind of lazy that's all he was a real sweetheart though but when I go to 7-Eleven I expect convenience and him being a lazy little guy was not convenient.

Cashier yelling at me while i browsed through cell phone accesories and had communication issues and misunderstandings while one cashier who may have been the manager followed me around store.

Scam Alert! Card readers in their check stand card readers will steal all your info and drain your accounts.

I'm on temporary disability, recovering from a bad injury/surgery. I received SNAP (food stamps) as part of my benefits. I used my card once - at this 7-11 to get milk - and within three days, all my family's food money was gone. Nothing like checking out a fully loaded cart of groceries and finding out you only have $0.05 in your account.

A month earlier, by debit card got compromised and I knew it was either at this 7-11 or the gas station. Looks like I was wrong about the gas station.

When I contacted the authorities, they said 7-11 is well known for it's card scams. So be warned: Do NOT trust 7-11 for any transaction where you swipe or insert your card into their card reader. Not sure about tapping, but not going to risk my accounts to find out.

No stars from me. Rai sabb, the young douchebag that works late at night, needs to get a clue. You work at a 7-11. Stop treating the people that support you by shopping there with such disrespect. Get off your funky cell phone, like your doing something so important, and greet your freaking customers. And your car and license plate is lame. No need to park it in a customer parking spot right in front of the store.

Young Indian working nights breaking store rules he doesent wanna sell scratcher at night which any other place would I under stand you can’t cash out tickets but you can buy scratchers 247 anywhere someone needs to teach him state rules cause he don’t know anything obviously !!! I’ve been coming here since age 2 and I’m 23 now and I never gonna come here till he gets fired !!!!!

Id give no stars if possible..younger indian cashier at night is rude. Doesnt say a single word, or reply when greeted all meanwhile he in the middle of a personal phone call (90% of the time) After seeing all the other complaints, its pretty clear they only in business becuz of convenience!! Lame

Male cashier on several occasions either coughs over or wipes nose with his hand then starts handling your purchases. No self awareness or health concern for others.
