Really nice staff and great service, realized the passport photos done at a CVS in Irvine weren’t up to quality. Went to re take a set at the store and they didn’t charge me.

Today I went into the CVS Pharmacy at the Los Altos Center, and Andrew came to the window to help me. Wow! What a pleasant, professional interaction it was. The 5 star rating is solely for Andrew. Maybe somehow someway his pleasant, courteous, friendly customer service will rub off on some of the others that work in the pharmacy. Thank you Andrew for the exceptional customer service.

Andrew is the best retail pharmacist hands down. He is fast, whip smart, and very personable. He helped me out with my prescription in ways that are hard to describe. What a fantastic gentleman!

pharmacists and pharmacy staff are great! you can tell most of them work hard and really care about you, especially Andrew, he's the nicest pharmacist I've met!

Idk why this place has low reviews. I'm standing by the electronics wall and this guy immediately asked me if I need help, I say not yet. I find what I need and get his attention so he can unlock the tab. He says he'll be right there. A minute later he walks over and says "do you want that one for $20 or this one for $10?" He has a cheaper one in his hands, it's exactly what I wanted. I basically professed my love for him. I couldn't believe he just went out of his way to not only help me but save me money.

I love this CVS always helpful & friendly. I DO NOT LIKE that the store changed the hours. The other CVS at the circle 😟. Alot of items they do not carry.
