Goodwill Houston Select Stores

Carrie and her co workers are always so happy and make it a fun shopping experience:) I got a ton of Halloween deco and I’m excited to use it this year

The selection was for the imagination. Great stuff. From converse to polo boots, can find just about anything in good condition. Brand name purses and gold rim China sets. Liz Claiborne, to Anne Kline blouses and dresses. Grabbed some for self and left a few to share 😁.

My first and second visits were great (both on 08/02/16 12pm-12:15pm). I initially visited looking for a comfortable computer chair and they only had one pretty good chair (which I liked). I noticed that I was greeted upon entry and thanked and welcomed back upon exit. I told the store representative that I like the chair and may come back to buy. He said, "That's a good idea sir, I do believe the chair may still be here if you return because today has been a slow day." I replied, "Ok, cool thanks man." I went across the street to see if Salvation Army had any computer chairs and they did. However, it was not leather (in really good condition), but was overpriced. While there, I also took note that their customer service was very crappy and unconcerned. I think I received a dry greeting, but no welcome back. So, it was a no-brainer for me to return to Goodwill Retail Store and make my purchase. I even thanked the rep at Goodwill for providing fantastic customer service and that his service played a big part in my return to buy. I would've tipped that guy $100 bucks if I was carrying cash. My receipt shows: Sales Rep ER527. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Always has good product and interesting things in there. Store set up well. Workers are helpful and friendly. They greet you at the door.

The Goodwill's purpose is great.
I believe the ones I visited in Lexington SC had more items, but it all depends on the donations.

Its a wonderful place to shop. Nice and quite, no kids running around screaming. Loved that it's orangized in sizes. I will be definitely be back.

If you are looking forward to save money , looking good by finding brand name clothes and accesories, finding furniture and decorations for all rooms of your place you must check Goodwill stores...

It was great I found a very nice bathroom picture and some beautiful ❤ throw pillows for the befroom

wonderful place to shop .... covid-19 hasn't changed the format of the store and the restroom are absolutely clean ....

I loved the store will definitely be visiting it again.
