The UPS Store

I've been a customer of this store for about 20 years. It's always a good experience but today Matt and Will were exceptional. I needed to return a fairly large mirror to Amazon. I had the packing materials and was unable to pack it myself at home. So I hauled the packing materials and mirror to my local UPS store. Matt and Will undertook the task to pack the mirror. It was not an easy job. However, the whole time, they were friendly, courteous, and conscientious. They did a great job and solved my problem. Their attitudes turned a challenging situation into a very pleasant situation.

I have shipped fragile, extremely expensive camera equipment many times with Andrew and he always makes sure my items will arrive safe. Honestly the whole team here is friendly, thorough and efficient. I drive 20 miles just to come here. Best UPS store in the metro by far!

Very happy! No complaints from me about this UPS store. Always have great conversations with Alex(I am pretty sure that's his name) He's definitely my favorite and very very handsome!! How can anyone not leave smiling after seeing him?!

This store is wonderful. I carefully cut a cardboard box to ship my prints & taped them together. They recommended I roll them (with my permission) and shipped in a much smaller box. They arrived in great shape and they saved me lots in shipping

This is my neighborhood UPS store and I’ve always had the best customer service...everyone going the extra mile regularly. The staff is outstanding, courteous and lots of fun! They remember my name and are always cheerful...even at the most stressful times...Christmastime and always!!

This place is amazing. I went in this morning and there were 2 guys. I hate I didn’t get their names😔. They were both so helpful , kind, polite and professional. I have never gotten anything notarized before and they help me with the entire process. They are the best and I absolutely recommend this store and their employees!

Not sure how they only have a 2.8 rating. I’ve been in here multiple times and the service is always fast and they make it so easy. Had a return, printed my label, and they knew exactly what to do and sent me on my way in 3 minutes. Great service!

Great service! The employees are very friendly and always helpful. Anytime I need something fragile shipped I go here because I know that they will take care of it.
