Westlake Ace Hardware

My 2nd year in a row purchasing a live Christmas tree because of the customer service! The same employee helped me both times and this year the tree was already flocked (included in the price). What an added bonus!

I sure hope these smaller hardware stores stay in biz against big Home Depot types. Instead of walking for miles to find help, I was greeted twice inside the door by employees offering help! They also still carry good old hard to find products the big stores don't.
Man that helped me with Christmas trees was so kind and patient in the cold so long. But, he has the manners of a gentleman from Tx, lol!

This was a terrific location! One of the workers helped me get a new Ooni pizza oven and loaded it in the cart for me. He showed me other accessories and made sure I had the right wood to burn. The cashier was friendly and the store had a great selection. I'd come back here for sure.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a particularly difficult car key to program and they were able to help me out!

They have everything you need for your home, the friendliest staff, and the cashier's are the Best!

Went there to get a drain spout but there was a discrepancy between the online inventory and in store stock. The store manager went the extra mile and called a neighboring store to check if they had what I wanted and then had the item on hold at the front desk.

Helpful staff and a quick place to stop for home improvement goods.

I had over 25 keys to copy, and Emily was elected to help me. She took her time to ensure the keys were done and not get them confused. She was pleasant and very sweet. She even helped another customer while helping me. I can't say the same for the cashier girl. She was in a hurry and seemed annoyed at all of the keys that needed to be scanned but also kept in reach bag so as to not get them messed up. Maybe she was stressed? I don't know. I do know that Emily was great!! Please recognize her. 😊

I love this place! They have every department imaginable. Kitchen, paint, lumber, electric, plumbing, gardening, tools, cooking grills… The staff-all the people working on stocking, etc., always stop what they’re doing to help. Friendly!

I love the garden center and their awesome lawn section. Lots of selection of exotic and tropical/succulent soils to choose from.

It is a great place to shop at this time of year. Their Garden Center is first class! The older associates have been there forever and really know their "stuff." The hardware center has almost everything you could want or need !!!!

Super friendly staff and great selection. Free in store pick up when purchased online too.

Drove all the way from southern Olathe as it is well known that this location has an amazing outdoor plant and garden area. We found beautiful plants and my wife and I are excited to plant them. Take the drive and be sure to visit this location!

We typically use Ace Hardware for the stuff no other place carries. Historically, they are priced higher than the rest but you still need to support local when you can. Imagine my surprise when the Yeti and Brumate slim can holders were priced the same as Amazon. Add in the excellent customer service and close to the house and we will be spending more there than in the past.

I go here for all my needs like chain saw replacement parts or gas for weed trimmers,charcoal, bird seed, or to drop off Xmas cards to my dear friends. My experience here has been great for da last 15yrs & counting!!

We call this our home away from home. The reason we adore this ace location is because of the team members. They are always willing to help out and when you can't find what you need they order it and it comes directly to you.

We were wanting these solar outdoor lights for our fence and they didn't have them in stock. We wanted to see them in person before buying, so the manager ordered them to the store. Long story short, we didn't end up buying them, but the team didn't mind and sourced us the other ones we were interested in. They care and it comes across! Glad we live so close.

I've never been to a westlake with such an awesome collection of hot sauces, plus the guys that work there helped me out a lot with finding everything I needed to repair the kitchen sink. For me though all these awesome/hard to find gourmet hot sauces was the kicker for me. I stood there for 20 minutes picking out hot sauces.
