Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

The pizza is light and airy with a crisp to the crust. Close to the best pizza I've had. They added garlic bread to our order that we didn't ask for but it's ok because it was yum.

Picklemans in Waldo is a great late night snack in the area (& for lunch/dinner). The order said it would take 45 minutes and I got it sooner that that.
My favorite pizza: 1/2 BBQ Chicken Pizza and 1/2 Chicken Giardiniera Pizza on cauliflower crust…amazing! I have also tried many of their salads and have never been dissatisfied. My favorite is the Walnut Cranberry Salad because it is super fresh and has large chunks of walnuts, cranberries, and blue cheese mixed in. Don’t forgot to order a pickle!

Good Pickleman's! Bread was warm and fresh. Veggie sandwich didn't feel disappointing to choose. I love meat sandwiches, but you know, health things. Shop keeper was fun and interactive. All good things!

The place smelled and looked very clean. The employees were super polite, fast service. The food was great, everything was fresh. The bread was so good.

It's my first time going here. I had excellent customer service. The food is absolutely delicious! I tried the BBQ chicken and I loved it. My boyfriend tried the meatball and was in love. A friend of mine tried the salads and loved them. They took the proper sanitation habits. I enjoyed the food and will be dining here again. If you are into something different, Picklemans offers pizza. The soups sound delicious. I thought that they would be a little busier because of the intersection that it's at.

This place is my absolute favorite!! Their soups are the best! Their cookies are top notch! If you haven’t tried them yet you’re missing out that’s all you need to know!

I come here very often for lunch and the food is always great. Employees are very friendly and always know my order by heart. I love this place. Thank you all for everything

It did take them a minute to get my order done. There where only 2 people working the front which I don’t know if that’s normal or not.

Had the Cafe Club sandwich. Very fresh and yummy! The cookies are soft and chewy, just perfect. My first time here was enjoyable and the staff us very friendly.

the employee who helped me had no way of knowing this but I had a terrible day today, the worst. He was so kind and patient when he didn’t have to be.

My first experience with a cauliflower pizza crust. I have been on keto for one year and my food has been OK but this was probably my most enjoyable lunch I’ve had in the last year. I got the pepperoni pizza with some extra chili peppers and Parmesan cheese grated on top. It was fabulous! Oh did I mention they gave me 25% off my pizza because it was my first time? But now I’m hooked

Y’all need to go see these decorations! This specific place has become such a comfort for me due to the staff and care into the store itself. Genuine guys there all around, amaaaazing food. Strong community vibes and I think it’s wonderful!

Worlds best tomato soup. And the soup roll that comes with it is fire. Also, their caeser dressing is one of the best I've ever had. In particular, this location is super quick and always friendly. Food is always high quality.

I went to the Pickelmans off Wornall. I could tell it was short staffed and busy. I can’t get over how positive the staff was and how it was kept clean. Huge shoutout to Terrill W for just being outstanding. He was literally keeping the kitchen clean, completing the orders, being aware of washing his hands and using gloves, his customer service was exceptional. He was smiling and just in an upbeat mood. He was amazing!!!! Thank you!!!

I really like the Cafe chop salad. The whole size portion is really a half portion in a bigger bowl. I now order the half salad because of that. The sandwiches are okay if you like toasted subs but the meat portion is really thin compared to the bread and condiments portions. The pizza is good. I like the crust and sauce. Not cheesey enough for my taste though. I love the pickles but the price went up recently and it's cheaper to get a jar of pickles frankly. The Christmas time decor was delightful as well

After a rough storm and power out all throughout our neighborhood we swung by this place starving. We'd had no power for a our 4 or 5 hrs.

We were dumb and didn't see the cash only sign and basically got through entire order with most cooked or cooking before discovering it was cash only and we had no cash.

Manager comped the ticket for us. They could've been angry and mean to us considering how rushed they were and how stupid we were. But, they were kind and generous and helped two people who were dumb get a bite during a rough moment. Thank you!

Hands down, 1 of the best places to eat in Kansas City! No matter what you choose, you will be completely satisfied! I love their salads and bread!! Service is superb! Such a treat! Great dining experience! Great locations! 🔥 🔥

It was my first time ever at a picklemans and was pleasantly surprised with how patient the workers were I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was absolutely amazing

All in all amazing food, amazing and kind workers, and great atmosphere. We will absolutely be coming back to this place

Ordered delivery last week, the ETA was established as 30 minutes - no problem! I got my order in less than 10 minutes. The sweet delivery driver forgot my drink with my meal, but he seemed busy so I didn’t say anything. 5 minutes later he came back, drink in hand and very apologetic. So nice!!!
