AMAZING service. 4 or 5 days after I had purchased a shirt I came back with no receipt or tag and they let me exchange it for a different size. Super cool personal folks; an oddity for a tourist shop. Shirts are quality as well.

There's no shortage of places to buy souvenir shirts in Manitou Springs, but we thought the selection of styles, the quality of the shirts, and the prices were the best we found in town.

I cannot express this enough but this shop is 15/10 the best T-shirt shop in DownTown Mantiou Springs. Most of their T-shirts are $16.99, compared to some of the other stores in the area will run you about $30.. so many cute styles and variety! I highly recommend stopping by this store for all your souvenir items!

I have been here multiple times and have had a great experience on each of them. The staff have been great with adding screen print designs, for free. They have been helpful and available to answer any questions for me. They have some great deals on t-shirts and sweatshirts! I will absolutely be back!

I love my shirt I bought from there! The customer service was fantastic. I went in 15 min before they closed and the guy was super chill and said to take my time and offered to design my own tshirt, which is what I did!!! Affordable, and if I ever am back in town I will FOR SURE go back!!

THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE MANAGER ONLY THE ASSOCIATES, Today was my birthday and the two gentleman working were so sweet and gave the best customer service, the manager how ever was unpleasant the one gentleman said he would give me a discount on the stickers I was getting, and when ringing out with the manager she said “I’m the manager and we don’t do that” I work as a assistant manager in retail and that is so unprofessional to say to a customer don’t expect people to return with that type of behavior. I would go here only if the guys help they are so nice but I will not shop here again after my unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the manager. My manager at my store goes out of her way to make the customers happy and do whatever she can to get them to return and that was not how this manager was, and she will greatly lose customers that way. Don’t forget the reason you have business is because of the customers, maybe treat them better.

The help in this store was amazing. They made a custom shirt in under a minute for me as a gift for my wife and she fell in love with it when I returned home to Texas. Thanks for everything!.

Ty saw me struggling to decide what I wanted on my hoodie, so he ended up working with me and actually combined 3 decals to make me a PERFECT hoodie that I absolutely love. All of the staff were so nice and they didn't make me feel like I was a hassle. This is the best souvenir I've ever had. Special thanks to Ty!

Simply awesome customer service. I get there are dozens of places on this street selling about the same thing, during what I assume is a short operating season. Hats off to the crew here for being welcoming and approachable in the store without all the "are you going to buy that or not attitude".

Earlier in the day I did the Cog train to Pikes Peak. At the top I saw a Mountain Dude hoodie for $40. I liked it; but was rushed to catch the train and could not buy it based on the line and the sounding of the train's whistle.

As I endure a 90 minutes ride down I am searching Etsy, Amazon, and eBay for the same hoodie with no luck.

Stumbled into this store and got my hoodie and a matching theme for my wife. Two of them for about $50 as opposed to one for $40. I told them what I was looking for and bam! they made it for me right on the spot in well under a minute.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Superb!

Great variety of t-shirts!

Had looked all over for a rare shirt. Called several places. Very few even answered the phone (?!?!). Finally the shirt mfgr said, "Call Flying Eagle." That was the ticket. They had it. They processed and shipped same day.

Employees helpful and pleasant to be around. Reasonable prices. I send all my family and friends to shop there.
