Outstanding and compassionate service. I am visiting from out of state to manage my mother's funeral and estate arrangements. I had multiple documents that needed transferring to my email. Erykah made this exceptionally easy, especially with her vivacious demeanor and friendly personality. Thank you 😊

After purchasing stuff from an online auction, they went to the site, picked up the goods, packed (properly packed) my merch and shipped it fast. All from a phone call. Top notch service, thanks!

as 2022- Jan , Store itself is good as before, however Tea Store opened up recently next door, they have a lot of customers and always taking up the parking spaces in front. having a large boxes for shipping can be problem , if customer have to park some distance away. I feel sorry for the owner of this store, having neighbour store taking up most of parking spaces.
I see why this UPS store has 5 stars. owner / workers offer very good service. where I live package often get stolen after UPS man deliver / leave them on door step. so I usually forward package to this UPS store. I asked store person , if they don't mind receiving forwarded package. He said he welcome such forwarding, because he get people into his store, and he also receive small commission when people forward package to his store for hold and pick up.

They were super helpful printing programs in color and for notarizing my documents. Even when they were very busy they awknowleged those waiting in line and tried to help each customer as quickly as possible

Drove past four or five different locations because these guys had the best reviews - was not disappointed. I had a return with a less than adequate box and didn’t have any tape to secure it - Greg took care of it for me, no questions. I was in and out in two minutes. Greg is a gentleman and a scholar! Will be coming back for all my shipping needs!

Greg was great this morning. Handling customers with care and efficiency. We had to ship something and he gave us many options. If there's a closer location near to you, I would recommend going the extra mile because he'll go the extra mile for you.

All other UPS stores are one star compared to this location. I've been to them all in my area and I drive out of my way to drop my packages off and pickup redirected packages to these guys. Awesome people. Go here, don't waste your time with the others.

In and out in less 3 minutes and that included the wait - granted the line was only 2 persons in front of me. I would have given 6 stars if there is such option. Yes, like a few other customers, I drove passed 3 other UPS stores (with lower rating by Sunset beach) to get here and I am glad I did!

Greg and Jacob were extremely helpful and expedient. I shipped an antique wickered baby coach and Greg did an amazing job packing it.

Had to mail a package today, it needed to be wrapped and packed. I was able to watch them do their job...very professional and speedy

Finally a good place I can receive mail and packages. Open still 6:30pm where the place before closed at 5:30pm which was a hassle to get to after work when you get off at 5pm or later.
