Steve & Irina's Down to Earth

I am truly so grateful for Steve and Irina's! Joy has saved me on more than one occasion when I didn't know what else to do. The products are beneficial for so many reasons, but the customer service is just...well, it's a beautiful thing. Thank you!

Steve and irons is ‘mom and pop’ store. Irons knows her stuff and makes good recommendations about products and ther usage. She is knowledgeable.

Great service no long lines they have things you can't find in grocery stores or in GNC or some pharmacys it's a nice place to get what you need and the prices are reasonable.

It's been years since I have been into the store. I live in a different state. But I am sharing this experience, because I want you to have the best experience here.
My body was experiencing a full body rash for over two years. The doctors wanted me to take steroids and put steroidal cream on my skin. I had a skin cancer spot removed prior to this happening. It was last minute that I pulled into this store.
I didn't have a lot of money but I wanted to get their thoughts on what they would recommend for me.
Irina, Rip, she took me into the back room, and gave me some water and had me sit in a chair, with my feet up and she had relaxing music playing while the head monitor did its thing. She asked me questions and my body reacted to the questions.
I was there for about two hours. I was so excited that she was able to print out a vitals report for me, that I called my parents down to have their bodies assessed also.
After we were done, Irina went shopping for me. She placed the items in the bag while describing to me what they were for and what to do with them. I was in happy tears while she was doing this. I had an overwhelming sense of appreciation and a feeling that this was going to cure the rash.
As my credit card declined the transaction, I started to cry. I knew that the money was suppose to be there. My bank had not posted my deposit yet. Irina said no worries, just send me a check when you get home. Who does that?
As soon as I got home I called her to tell her the check was in the mail.
After that, I wrote my letter of resognation. I quit my job to heal my body. I religiously followed the plan and the rash went away.
I am not sure if they still do the Ao scan there, but if they do, I highly reccommend it.

We came upon this shop while traveling across the country. We suddenly found ourselves under the weather. The shopkeeper guided us to, truly, the perfect helps for our ailments-we saw results (no kidding) right away. I wish I lived closer. We are home now, but this is truly a wonderful gem- a great place of knowledge of health. Thank you! :)

Employees are actually knowledgeable (very knowledgeable) about nutrition, herbal remedies, and what bodies need.
Irina is an actual Doctor so I always feel confident in her recommendations!

Irina & Joy are twins from Germany. (I mention this fact because I have witnessed people's confusion because Joy did not recognize someone that felt she should remember them. ONLY to find out they actually worked with Irina!! 😀)
IF on the rare occasion they are out of a product, they are quick to reorder it!

The store is bright, clean, and has totally been revamped since Steve & Irina bought the store from a family member's estate.

I always feel welcome and comfortable in this business.

I have been blown away by the devotion, compassion, care, and universal-respect these women, twin sisters Irina(RIP) and Joy share with each AND EVERY person that comes into the store looking for NATURAL ways to feel and live better! and I've even seen people heal their bodies by using products Irina(RIP) and Joy recommend.

Steve is the distinguished gentleman wearing the newsboy cap. He is often not seen as he is busy running nourishment to longtime customers that are unable to drive.

It's a great place that really cares and knows about healing, nourishment, and people. They give so much!

Irena has an AO Scan Digital Body Analyzer that is amazing! It cane up with most of my already conformed by blood work issues along with several other things that I could address. Irena is very knowledgeable on supplements and natural remedies to help me correct these issues. I'm excited to work on being healthier with her knowledge!

Been going here for years. It's family owned and very friendly. Just ask what you need and you'll get very knowledgeable answers, and very good prices. The two owners that work here truly seem to take pride in their work.

They're so cheap, in fact, one time I was using them as a wholesale outlet for a certain product that they sometimes would run out of stock of. So I gave them the number to the manufacturer and asked if they could do a bulk order for me. They took a huge risk, because when it arrived, it all came in one package! (They couldn't have resold it if I changed my mind). Love these guys

Amazing local health store. They have a good selection of vitamins, natural products and gluten free products. Steve and Irina have both been very helpful to me personally. I definitely recommend checking their store out and visiting with Steve and Irina if you have any health concerns.

Great local health food store with items you cannot find in general grocery stores. One item I haven’t found anywhere else is Irish Moss supplements! Big supporter in their intention and dedication.

Amazing customer service here. Went to buy Manuka honey for my 3 year olds (possibly MRSA) skin infection and they gave me a bunch of other ideas for treating it as well. I'll definitely be returning to this store!
