T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I usually don't like tmobile stores. This one is great however. The workers here are kind and try to help you unlike other stores. Ivan helped me and answered all my questions. I will be back to this location. Go here and not to the other mentor ave tmobile.

I needed a new phone and a new tablet. Yuri listened to what I needed and figured out what would work best for me. I'm more than happy with the customer service, my new monthly service and the products I received. I left the store satisfied. Great experience

The manager Enrique Linares went above and beyond to help us. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He didn't have to do this, but he called another provider to help my mom. I didn't like the service from the manager at Metro Pcs in Eastlake. Enrique rocked and I really appreciated everything he did to help. He is a great manager.

Noah, Enrique, and Ashley were fantastic. Came in to get my phone looked at and inquire about a new plan. In and out in 5 minutes, and Noah got interested in switching from cable to T-Vision. Awesome!!!

Awesome customer service. Had issues getting service activated over the phone with T-MOBILE. In store Frank I think his name was did a wonderful job & really helped me out. Highly recommended!! Thanks again

There are quite a few T Mobiles in Mentor, but this is the only one I'll go to. The customer service here goes above and beyond. I recently got a phone from store and when it died unexpectedly I called a different Mentor store by accident, the service was rude and I was pretty much told that I was S.O.L. So I rolled on down to the store I bought it from and these guys did an awesome job of replacing my phone and setting things right.

lex really helped us out today and got us an upgrade. super nice, funny and knows what’s she’s doing. i recommend a pay raise for her

Sergio the manager not only lowered our bill by $30 but included another 10gb of data for a total of 30. Would highly recommend!
