I have been going into the UPS store in Fairport for many years. Every time I visit the store I have had a consistent experience. The people that work there are very helpful.
In a recent visit I went in and John went above and beyond to explain and offer assistance to me, as well as another man Sergio.

The manager was very helpful in packaging up my return to Amazon. I didn’t read the instructions properly and he was more than helpful in getting the situation handled. he provided packaging at no charge and expedited the process immediately. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of packaging or UPS services

Neal, Jim and the whole team have always been fantastic- friendly, excellent customer service and an all around pleasant experience. The professional brochure prints I ordered came out great, and their pricing beat Staples by hundreds. Very satisfied and will return to this store for many future office-related jobs!

I’ve been going to the UPS store in Fairport, N.Y. for years. I have always walked out feeling I was very well treated. Their service is superb! Even when they’ve had temporary help they were wonderful! Never have I had an unpleasant experience. Actually, I didn’t upgrade my printer and eventually tossed it since I live only a mile away. I simply use their services and it’s less of a hassle. I really appreciate their presence in town as I consider them an exemplary business! My kudos to them. Two thumbs up and my hat off to them! I have been using this location for several years but much more frequently since i moved my business into the offices upstairs. I deal with Jim almost daily and he is awesome, he has helped me out on several occasions, everything from emergency scanning to getting equipment packed when we are in a pinch. I appreciate all of the team at this store, great bunch to work with.

I am a small business owner and ship large packages all over the country, I have had nothing but great experiences with the employees there.
Jim is always willing to help me with any questions I have, and packs all my packages, he does an excellent job.
One night in particular Neal stayed til 9pm at the store to go above and beyond to help along one of my package that had been delayed.

I Always use UPS Fairport for my business shipping. They are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Jim did an impeccable job packing my artwork, making sure it was flawless and he even caught an imperfection in my painting. I took it back to the studio and touched it up!!!

I use Neal’s UPS store weekly for all our non-profit/volunteer projects. Neal is always great to work with and Jim is fantastic too. Their staff are college or older high school kids typically, learning from the best. Stop by!

I want to give the employees at this business a huge shout out. My husband had a severe stroke 4 years ago and you can imagine it threw us into a firestorm and turned our lives upside down. There were endless health crisis and situations I found myself in as I fought to stabilize Ken from stroke, seizure and finally mental breakdown. I had to send my POA and many other documents to countless health agencies, hospitals, insurance companies. Many times on my last nerve I'd stumble into this UPS store needing to fax long, critical documents to far away places around the country. I was met with kind, caring and compassionate help. The workers made sure every page went through (just one missing would cause havoc in the process of getting the information to its destination). They always asked about AAA card and gave me the associated discount. None of us is perfect in a broken world. But the people at this business try their very best to help and deserve my thanks.

Both Neal and Sergio have helped me in the recent past. Neal went above and beyond to help me with delivery information that I was not able to access. He went so far as to have me email the information to him at the store to print out on my behalf. And Sergio facilitated moving a long line on a Saturday with ease, courtesy and professionalism. What great examples both gentlemen are of awesome customer service. Many thanks.

Stopped in today to send a package to our son who is in the air force for an early holiday gift. Kyle waited on us and couldn't have been more helpful and patient. He helped us rewrap the box to make sure the gift would get there in one piece. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Went in as soon as they opened on Sunday. The door was locked but the employee saw me trying to get in and rushed over to open the door. Extremely friendly and the service was quick! Great “small town feel” for a ups store.

I will only go to this location when I need a UPS store! A special shout out to Neal who went COMPLETELY out of his way to help me pack up a return for Amazon today. I am very thankful for his help today!

There are no words to fully describe Neal, Jim & staff at the UPS store in Fairport. Not only are they friendly the help they gave to me as a customer was unbelievable.Neal & Jim helped me put the whole project together and didn't charge me an additional fee. Speaking of fees their prices are more than fair and much less than other stores in the area. Kudos to both of you I really appreciated your help.

Have had a mail box here for 10 years. Always great service. Friendly, helpful and professional. Neal, the owner, and Jim the manager - in particular - deserve special kudos for their service over many years.

We are the "oldest" customers, using this store's services for 35+ years. The staff is courteous, helpful, "ready to answer your questions and make you smile." I would highly recommend this particular store for all of your shipping, mailing, and receipt of mail services.

I love that this business is conveniently located right in the heart of Fairport. It’s clean, orderly, and the staff is always professional! You can tell a lot of pride goes into the store!
