The store was clean, well kept, and smelt fresh. There were 4 staff members at 4 pm on a Wednesday and they were busy with customers. I do not like that there is not a sign in screen or a way to know who is next and the wait time. I did, however, get a smiling welcome from Jesscia. She promptly stated they would be with me shortly and that they were. Jessica assisted me after her customer with looking into getting a SIM card for a new line for me, and I ended up being eligible for the BOGO deal. Not only was she welcoming me in, she assisted quickly, was pleasant to work with, worked to get me the best deal, and worked quickly as I was on a time crunch. She and this store were fabulous. When Jessica had questions during the process, staff helped her with ease. Aside from not having a sign in screen to have an idea of who is in front of you, wait times, and to keep people cared for in the right order, everything else was above par, great work here team! Strongly encourage a better check-in system. #loyaltmobilecustomer.

Michael here at T-Mobile was great and he made my transfer from Verizon to T-mobile very smooth. The process was super efficient and executed fast. A streamlined process was in play and I liked his politeness and found his overall attitude to be very helpful!!

First of all thank god you closed the H‑E‑B branch, customer service there was just awful. A guy named Joe was just unbearable. This branch feels different. Daniel was very helpful and fast. Good work!

We had an amazing experience. The agent, Michael, treated us with respect giving us his full attention. He ensured we were purchasing the right plan, phone, and case for our needs. After reading previous reviews about this location, we were wary about going there. Our experience was completely opposite of our predecessor's. Michael made our visit downright enjoyable.

We're senior citizens and tech challenged so we were not looking forward to buying new phones and switching all our accounts from AT&T to Sprint. Our concerned was misplaced as the experience was painless with the help and patience of Jamon. He's affable, highly competent and most of all patient. He took the time to teach us everything we needed to know and we left confident in using our new iPhones.

Worked with the Stone Oak Sprint crew. Let me start off by saying what an amazing, funny, and very intellectual group of gentlemen staffed at this location. All questions were answered and I was helped every step of the way with my transfer from another carrier to Sprint. This has been a pleasant visit and I assure whoever is reading this will appreciate the talent located at this store!

Shanette Pinillo and all the staff at this Sprint Store were absolutely fantastic. I have had nothing but bad experiences at all other Sprint Stores, but this one was the best experience ever. Shanette and staff were so supportive, professional, personal and were so educated on their products, that it made my experience a breeze. We were in and out in an hour with not only one phone, but three costing less than the two we had before and with a significant upgrade. We can't thank you guys enough. I would refer your office to any and everyone.
