Excellent customer service! Went with my boss to buy a new 10' ladder. Fast response time, due to the quickness of being in and out with what we needed to complete the construction job a few miles up the road at JP Morgan's headquarters.

Oh I wish I remember her name now. Such a sweet woman who stood by the self checkout and gave such a friend “Have a great day!” It’s nice to feel welcomed in a store where I often feel out of place. I admit I get a bit lost in there. It would be nice if the aisle signs were a bit lower so those not familiar with the store don’t have to look up to the ceiling to figure it out. And what in the world is a ‘bay’?! It would also be helpful if someone stood near the locked spray paint counter so one doesn’t have to go searching then get lost again. Perhaps a call button nearby to assist any customers in need.

This Home Depot is tucked away but boasts a great Garden Center and lively employees. I needed a Lawn Mower tire that had to be special ordered but A sharp employee by the name of Rey instructed me on how to pick the tire up at another location. Great Help.

Lianna in flooring was amazing to work with. She followed up with me daily on my flooring purchase/scheduling and explained the whole process to me. Helped me expedite my process since time is of the essence. We wanted to get floors done before moving into our home. Lianna was professional, helpful, and communicative! Thank you Lianna! I hope my flooring install goes just as smoothly. Still waiting on it to be scheduled but didn’t want to forget to leave a review for such great service.

Yesterday I had an order I needed to pick up and I believe the young guys that helped my husband and I were Donald and Blake? I’m sorry if I got your names wrong. When my husband returned from the store he mentioned how great they treated him as well. Thank you for all your extra work! I really enjoy going to this location, very good customer service.

I was happy that they had the item. I wanted that my local store didn't. just wish home Depot in general did better stocking at all stores

Love this store, first time I haven’t had to go hunt someone down for help. They new there stuff and answer my questions. I’m switching from no help Lowe’s to Home Depot with staff that give a dam.

It’s becoming my 2nd home! So many projects!!! I always get great service. The folks at work will meet your eye and smile. They genuinely seem to be pleased to provide directions - sometimes when I’m in the middle of the store reading the aisle info, a kind employee will actually stop and ask if I need help.

Friendly staff and service. No more headaches asking friends for help with a pick up truck. For $20 I walked in rented a cargo van to move out of a storage unit. Voila! Everything fit in one move and I had the van back in an hour. The unit had a/c, low miles, backup camera, and was easy to maneuver. So thankful for this service! Highly recommend renting this as opposed to the headaches of anchoring stuff down to the bed of a truck.

this one is my favorite location, is clean , safe, great staff, they are actually friendly and helpfu, plenty of parking and free parking too , really convenient from the freeway exit , def recommend it

Employees are helpful and courteous! Didn't have to go looking for someone that worked there, they were readily available and very friendly!

I was trying to find a tiny screw that would be able to fit the thread of a small computer standoff.

Phil Zapata was immediately able to identify the type of screw necessary (m2), and even offered to come back on a different day so that he could give me some of his own from personal PC building supplies at home. He handed me his card so that I'd be able to find him, and it made sense that when I saw that he was the store's customer experience manager.

He also pointed me to another location that would likely carry the necessary screw, as Home Depot didn't have it- and I was able to find the screw there that same day.

Phil even gave me tips on how to potentially revive an old motherboard that was no longer functioning.

Had a great experience. I recommend taking a picture of the vehicle and mileage when you're done - they'll ask for that information. Just like when you return a rental car.

Great staff 👍, great merchandise, but first delivery frig. Had dent in door, second frig. Door in door latch problem 😒 and missing water filter cover.

My dad and I went here today for a few items. We walked around and looked around even though we had what we came for. My dad loves this place and goes at least 3X per week.

We proceeded to the self-check out area and we were greeted by Alyssa. My dad needed help pulling up his frequent customer information and she immediately helped him.

She waited until my dad was all set and checked out. I asked Alyssa how long she had been with home depot. She said 2.5 years and had just been promoted to the front of the store. I can't believe it took leadership that long to recognize her natural service skills and willingness to engage the folks waiting in line.

She provided exemplary customer service, she was friendly, and most importantly, she helped my elderly dad like he was family.

Hire more Alyssa's!

The Doors & Windows department has knowledgeable personnel working at the desk and you can 99.99% of the time find the in stock door you’re looking for. The department is well organized and clean. I recommend you go here even if this isn’t your closest location, just for the ease of finding what you’re looking for.

Huge props to Toi for all her help yesterday. She was helping what seemed like 7 customers at once and was friendly and efficient. To the couple who thought they were the only customers in the store, there's a special place in Hell for people who treat hard working people like that...shame on you. We could all stand to be a little more courteous to those who serve the public. Also shout out to Lianna at the register who had a great smile and was super friendly throughout the transaction. HD - I hope you celebrate these amazing team members.
