I got my first car at the end of the first month. Peter M. helped me figure out a bit of how to use a car, how to go about waxing my car, and recommended a guy to wrap my car. I shared with him I was planning on wrapping my car and he told me about some of the difficult aspects of doing it myself and showed me their vinyl wrapping kit. He was very kind and patient with my questions. I will definitely be returning because he was very helpful and friendly. The store itself is very organized, clean, and well labeled which is most definitely helpful.

Just want Autozone to know Peter at Store # 3528 gives outstanding customer service! He was helping 5 customers at a time and was eager to help. This is why I shop here. All around just Excellent Service! He needs to be promoted

I hate that I forgot his name... but the gentleman who helped was fast and courteous. Installed my wipers I purchased and cleaned up. Amazing service

This is the best Auto Zone I’ve ever been to. Kassidy helped me out and went above and beyond what is expected for an Auto Zone employee to do. If you have an option to come here or another Auto Zone, pick this one.

Staff was awesome and willing to help it's battery season and everyone was coming for battery issues and staff was on the ball and very helpful I wanna shout out Benjamin Q Holly C as they were getting customers out faster then anywhere I've ever been and they were nice enough to let me borrow their tools thank y'all so much for what y'all do

I cant believe I almost dropped $150 dollars plus at Toyota down the road for a turn light signal!! Something made me think of calling this location before going home defeated for the day and I'm glad I did... Noe picked up my call and within minutes I was at the store and was so lucky to find him available and not so much longer after he was able to replace my light and it only cost less than $12!! I can finally get my registration sticker! you rock Noe!!!

These guys were awesome, had radiator issues and had to changle it at the store. Everyone was extremely helpful with parts and borrowing tools. Didn't get everyone's name but Peter wad extremely helpful. Thank you to all at the store.

Jayden was so helpful to my little sister who came in needing help putting in Freon in her car. My sister lives by herself 5 hours away from us so she has to do a lot on her own. It’s super hot outside so it’s a necessity to have working Ac in your car! it’s nice to know that there are still good people out there. Thank you Jayden !

I have come here a few times and received good service. This last time the young man helping me was super polite, professional and went the extra mile by helping me replace the 3 wipers on my car. I cannot remember his name, but he is making his Mom proud and he's a great asset to this store!
***Update***
I was here again on 08/29/2020. I needed to read the code for my car's engine light which had just come on. Learned the staff cannot do it anymore but staff was quick to explain exactly how to use their code reader. I believe the employee's name was Terry (not quite sure) and he was awesome!! I felt like a pro! Again you guys have not disappointed me yet and that is why I continue to come back for your services. So glad you are close by. Thank you.

Used to be my favorite auto parts store at: 281 N & Encino Rd. but is for convenience, because I have another auto parts store closer from where I live and if I don't find what I'm looking for I come here to look for: Avelino orJose.
Many times they have help me out to check the car"s batteries ( I have 3 on my car, for my high output sound system) so they used the starting and charging tester so shoot a picture of the battery condition to send it to my battery warranty to get a replacement, thank you guys!

I highly recommend AutoZone. The staff are eager to please and go above and beyond to make sure the customer needs are met. The store is well stocked and clean.

This place is extremely friendly, professional, and they tray and help no matter what. The other day I purchased a bulb for one of my bright lights, and the employee (I believe potentially the manager) was able to spend the time to take the broken one out, and put the new one in. I know he did not have to do that. It is just a great location!

Came early on a Monday and was greeted by Holly, not only did she help me find the right bulb she even replaced it for me. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help!
