Luis was great he helped me get wonderful deals on getting a new device after mine was completely shattered he explained everything clearly and didn’t hesitate to give useful advice I rate his service alone 10/10 I would definitely have Luis help us out again such a great representative.

Came in today to move the family to the unlimited plan and Daisy helped us out right when we walked in. She explained we had two lines that we weren’t using anymore and being charged for. She helped us on the phone, calling the representative to cancel our lines. This is something that the people in the store cannot do, which is unfortunate but it’s not her fault. After canceling the lines, she walked us through our new unlimited plan, and was amazing, even keeping our original discount we got on the old plan we had. Daisy gave us resources on other services we can add as we left and made the whole service absolutely seamless. She even held the door open for us as we left. 10/10 service in store!

They attended me in less than 5 minutes with an excellent customer service and so professional her name DESTINY 👌

Bobby the manager is a top line leader. He's well respected by the staff and it shows in their customer service.

Daisy was the best associate to help me with my daughter’s phone issue. I was getting the run around with customer service over the phone and when I tried going to a third party authorized retailer store, they weren’t able to help me either. I was recommended to go to this corporate store and I am so glad that I did! Daisy was professional and efficient in helping me unlock my daughter’s SIM card. She went above and beyond with her customer service by even offering a promotion I could benefit from. Overall great service! Would definitely come back to this AT&T location.

My experience started off with Brandon and he was very polite and informative, he made sure he addressed all my concerns. His handoff to Bobby with us was smooth and professional. Bobby was very patient and informative as well. I watched how he handled us with care and still managed to assist his teammates in between without being distracted or pulled away. The flow of this team was amazing to watch and I like how

Juan Cruz and Bobby Pham were went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with phone upgrades and troubleshooting. Everything from transferring data to replacing equipment. They assisted with account settings and helped with pricing as well. Fastest and most efficient service I’ve had at any phone carrier service provider

Juan Cruz and manager Jose was very very helpful today, after I came from another AT&T store and got no help i came into their location and got everything that I needed solved. Highly recommend you guys check them out if you have any questions or concerns with your AT&T accounts
