Fantastic customer service. Luke will answer all of your questions and help with whatever you need. Honestly he has been one of the greatest customer service representatives we have ever encountered. Luke makes Chick Fil A employees look like amateurs. Also, the rest of the employees there were absolutely incredible, personable, welcoming, and conversational. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with our experience. It made our day. The store layout is very impressive. We will be back for all of our action sport apparel shopping.

Quiksilver customer service puts all others to shame. Gloves had a stitching issue, contacted customer service and they did not have my original gloves, 48 hours later they were shipping me new and better gloves free of charge! Big thanks to Jonathan N. and the Consumer Affairs team.
