I know faceless corporations don’t inspire positive reviews and I have had my issues with AT&T, however I want to give a shout out to three remarkable individuals who work for AT&T. I went in today, 11/28/2023, to the Berkeley retail store at 2180 Shattuck Ave to have an annoying problem with my iPad fixed. I had been troubleshooting it for months online or on the phone with AT&T without success. The three men who helped me were Bryant S., Fanon B., and store manager Elex G. They were determined, tenacious, and unfailingly courteous for the hour and a half it took to correct a problem AT&T had created months earlier. I am so appreciative of their time, dedication, and professionalism. I highly recommend this store and you will be fortunate to have one of these gentlemen work with you.
