Five Below

I had a great experience shopping at this location with such wonderful staff and best customer service experience with Scott! I called before going in looking for a specific item and he answered right away to let me know that they have what I’m looking for. While I was there he was so kind, and went above and beyond to help us locate the items. He was knowledgeable about the products. Also he helped us check out! He definitely needs to be acknowledged for his hard work! Thanks again Scott! Will definitely be coming back.

Yay! Another new location. This chain of discount store is growing like crazy and it fits in well with this shopping center. This location is very large inside and they have a great selection of stuff. I came specifically for some fun holiday gifts. They even had wrapping paper for $1 and it’s great quality. I already used it to wrap all my presents.

My kids love coming here as well. It’s do much for them to go in and choose a toy. My son usually goes for some art supply or the cars.

I love that they have a self check out which makes it super easy to leave quickly if you need to. The staff is there to help you with self-check out if you have issues and even help you bag your items.

Now that there is a Five Below I like this shopping center even more! The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is clean and new. I like this store better than the two other ones I’ve been to in Porter ranch and lake forest. It’s a great store to take kids because everything is $5 or less and you don’t have to say “no” to more expensive items like at other stores.

The place have interesting things inside some of them are cheaper from somewhere else. The only thing is, they only have one actual cashier, most are self check out. I know that it's a modern electronic world, but what about those who are not an electronic literate? Or just slow? Wouldn't that hold the line? Thankfully I'm not talking about myself but I'm talking about the other people I watch struggling to pay their things.

The store is new and stocked with fun items for Christmas gifts and decorations. However I like the Porter ranch store better. The employees are nicer and it's a lot bigger. The employees at this new location are not visible until SELF check out. I told him it was okay I know how to self checkout. He acted like I never said a word. It was humiliating The guy wouldn't let me bag my items and he squished and crushed my items. He slowed me down checking my screen as I scanned each item. Then he left in the middle of the transaction and the store manager took over doing the same exact thing. She even doubled check the last few items we scanned. I never had this experience anywhere with self checkout or at other five below stores.. I felt like they were treating me like a thief. It's a most unwelcoming store. Another customer said the same thing in the parking lot.

Store looks amazing and brand new. Sign in window says they're not open. Not worded very clearly. Seems like management and employee staffing issues. Hopefully someone will realize that enough headaches will just push people towards other business.

The store updated their hours on Google to say they’d open today but I just drove by and they’re still not open and still have the same exact sign in the window as others have posted… At least give correct info when you will be open. Off to a really bad start.

Update: it's open and has a pretty cool inventory of stuff like the other five below I like going to. There were like 4 employees guarding the self checkout and none of them even interact with you as you leave lol

If you are temporarily closed, at the very least keep your profile updated so the public knows. Wasted my time driving to your location to a closed store.

They dont have the permits to sell any of there candy? LOL
