I cannot say enough good things about Kristopher at this location. He has always gone above and beyond to help me with multiple issues that I had with Verizon corporate. He's smart, knowledgeable, friendly and just super helpful. If you go to this store...ask for him! You won't be disappointed.

I came in 30 minutes before close because I am not able to get off work till then, and despite this Sal still helped me with upgrading into a new phone. I then had some issues with my old phone resetting, and Sal made sure to stay late to help ease my concerns regarding my data privacy. Sal was super helpful and patient and I highly recommend this location!

I have never walked into a Verizon store, had my issue resolved, and walked out, all in less than five minutes. That is until today!! Bravo Manager who was able to assess the issue with 12.5 seconds. I stood around commenting it was too fast, there must be something amiss. Nope, all is well.

Upgraded my phone today! Mariel helped me and she did an awesome job. Looked for ways to help me save money and everything!

Hi we had such fantastic friendly professional service from Kris F. Kris was so helpful making sure everything was set up for us and transferring everything over from our old phone. We are visiting from New Zealand and I had recently had a knee operation and had difficulty walking, Kris ordered an Uber on is own account so we did not have to walk back to our hotel. Thank you Kris for being so kind and thoughtful, we will definitely be recommending Vision to everyone we know.

Every time I go here it doesn't matter who is working at the time, they are always kind, polite, professional, and extremely helpful and very patient. The other Verizon stores should take note of how this one is run.

Sean at Belmont Shore was more than helpful and pleasant! It did take us 3 days to get in tho, maybe more staff on hand would be more helpful. Or promoting the appointment situation.
