Faced with the daunting task of over 20 returns, including a mix of QR codes, emailed labels, and a letter, she managed everything with remarkable efficiency and care. Not only did she make the process enjoyable, but she also completed it swiftly. Her kindness truly stands out, ensuring that I will always return to this location specifically for her. They’re the best! Vibha and Vivek Patel at store 1008 and 283 are the kindest. I went in to ship a box of Christmas gifts and she helped me squeeze everything into a smaller perfect size box and at a much more affordable price. Great location and great people! Super fast service and they care a lot. I’ll always come back here.

Marian is the best! She helped me package fragile glass that I purchased in Tucson and needed to get home to CA. She was quick, efficient, and pleasant. She was also multi tasking helping other customers. She was working alone and it was extremely busy. She did a wonderful job! Thank you.

These guys are the best. Seriously, one of the most helpful, friendly, and eager to please stores in Missoula and everyone I know who's been there agrees. Whoever is in charge of this place, and everyone who works there for that matter, is doing things right.

This location has Excellent customer service!!! There is a big difference between good service and going above and beyond. That is exactly what Matali, Vibva and Mari Ann did for me!! They went complete out of their way to help me. I am truly grateful. The display of genuine empathy for my situation is touching and is not seen very often anymore. Vivek was amazing! I was totally lost and down about shipping my computer tower back to the manufacturer for repair (on my own dime). He saw my state and was so very helpful! By the time I left, I had a smile on my face, and a tear in my eye for receiving humane treatment after months of fighting with the manufacturer. Thank you!

The ladies that work in this store are so helpful and knowledgeable that it made an otherwise stressful situation easy and the energy these ladies had just put you in a great mood. This location is far from home and I don’t mind because of the superior service. It is worth the drive.

Hands down, this location is the BEST in Tucson. I have business shipments to send off and interact with so many of these UPS Stores and this location ALWAYS is super friendly, fast, knowledgeable, professional, and they have the supplies needed on hand for AIR OVERNIGHT. Other locations just point at the shelf and don't offer even a smile and then they expect me to purchase envelope for a Priority Overnight Air Bill? I have moved many times, and this was the best experience I've had yet. The staff was very kind, and willing to work with me through all my struggles (Thank you, Vibha and Teagan!)—they made what is normally a long and strenuous process into a quick pit stop. Absolutely worthy of 5 stars.

I called this store to find out how to ship items that needed to be insulated. From the phone call with Mitali to getting my package with styrofoam, I had a great customer service experience. Mitali ensured I had everything I needed and was able to handle my order efficiently.

Hunter was a fantastic help with about 25+ big boxes and bed frames!! He made shipping our daughter’s and her friends’ college things home so easy. He smiled the whole time even though there were huge lines! Thank you!

On Saturday May 20th my son, who lives in Chicago needed me to have something notorized immediately. It was 4:15pm when he called me. He contacted this UPS store and spoke with Jessil. They normally stop doing notary services at 4:30. He explained the situation. She heard how stressed he was and agreed to wait until I arrived at 4:50pm. She was sooo sweet and empathetic. She totally saved the day for my son!!! If only others in this world were as kind and compassionate as she was!!

I have been using this UPS for more than 5 years. I live in Mexico and when I visit Tucson I have all my ordered packages sent here. They hold my boxes for me, are very organized and never has there been a problem with a single thing. Michelle and her team are professional, friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service to their customers. Even to the point of a package arriving after I went back to Mexico and Michelle sent it on to a hotel in Phoenix so I could pick it up there. Always a great experience with this store. Thanks team!

Customer service is great. The owner/manager knows what she is doing so her service is quick, but not rude. Her staff have always been nice and patient when needed. There’s times I go in and they are loaded with packages but they still get me out quick. I was given information instead of just taking my money to mail things internationally. Manager is very good at her job so I really feel like anyone who says she is rude is really just intimidated that she knows her job so well. The staff is on it everytime I’ve been in I’ve never had to wait in a line even if it is busy.

All that service and more - didn't want to be bothered with downtown's UPS (parking), my GPS brought me here. You ever walked into a store not knowing what you needed to do to return some Amazon packages? Was my first time, and Michelle navigated me through the process, knew everything about it and then some, explained the difference between third party Amazon vendors (printing labels), vs. Amazon items that UPS sends back for you (includes packaging) while only adding some buttons on the Amazon App for a scan return code. Michelle, is a powerhouse in energy, great communication and customer service, the owner of 2 locations (bravo, great seeing women owned businesses in my neighborhood), and Michelle offered all the support and help with an invitation to return. I left with confidence about my business transaction but more, I felt confident overall - Michelle has that effect. The extra customer service that brings you the gold medal. Go Michelle and UPS Team!

Awesome service! Michelle was so kind and definitely went above and beyond by telling us our delivery transaction smelled like a scam! So thankful she spoke up instead of just doing a business transaction. She was obviously correct! Appreciate that she shared her expertise or I would’ve been out of $700!!!
