I had gone to a different franchise closer to my house for a tempered glass replacement. That store sold me the wrong one with zero refunds and didn't have the correct one. This franchise did and it's where I normally go. I told them what happened and even though it's not their store they gave me a discount because of the experience. They recognized that it was about that stores intensions and them just wanting to get the sale that was final. Excellent customer service and next time I'll drive the extra few miles because of it.

I've been coming to the Cricket store on Broadway/Campbell for quite a long time! The Manager Tommy works hard and you can see he loves his job! He, his son, "Little Tommy", Jesus, and bless his heart, I can't remember his name, I think it's Alberto. Mijo, sorry if I got it wrong! Every one of these gentlemen go out of their way to get customers the best phone deals, hands down!! Go visit, you'll see their great service for yourselves!

I have no idea what to do when it comes to buying a cell phone, but Yahaira Delgadillo-Lopez helped me pick the right plan and device that best suited me. She was knowledgeable and very respectful. If I ever need help or someone needs anything regarding a line, I'd recommend her for her outstanding service. Yahaira, you're the best!

I had some personal drama affect my phone service. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure my phone was working. He had to spend 2 hrs dealing with this issue and did it with a smile on his face! What a fantastic group of guys in this store. I highly recommend them 😊✔

I've been coming to this location for YEARS , they recognize me and my family and treat us like they would their own family. They make sure each need is met, and find ways to stay in my budget. Always fast and friendly and clean. Even when I lived across town I'll go out of my way to go here, THATS how great they are. I recommend them 110%.

This cricket store is the best in Tucson i think. They'll bend over backwards for you. They will show you many different things with your phone and wont charge you, unless its something in whitch they have to because it cost them money. Plus there fast on waiting on you

Jezus(Turtle) Navarro was working at the Broadway/Campbell location when we went today to get our phones. He was not only professional, knowledgeable, funny, kind, but he spent a hour with us going over our phones. He was so patient and told us things we would need to know plus so much more. Jezus also told us to call or come in anytime if had questions or needed help. He also got us a discount we were unaware of. Love our new phones, the price, our new plan, and especially the customer service. It made our Thanksgiving awesome. I hope Jezus gets a raise and made a manager he is amazing!

I been dealing with Cricket for a longtime including in Denver I never had a problem with any of their Customer Service their problem solving is excellent. I can get Services anywhere which I like the most. I'm very happy with Cricket.

This man is an absolute genius! He was able to make some reversals of mistakes other employees from another store made who, including 2 managers said retreiving was impossible and hopeless but Ed figured it out fast as lightening without effort. He saved my calendar which had 3 months of scheduled appts all over town with phone numbers and maps attached. He may have saved me from a great deal of trouble. He is my hero of the day! The great man deserves a promotion and a raise!!
