Kat was able to get me my trade in offer so quick and easy! And we geeked out about anime for a while so it was a breath of fresh air after a long day at work.

The store was busy on Sunday; however, I believe all the reps handled it with grace. Josh, my rep, was an excellent resource and told me all my options, even providing me with options for my business services. Overall nice store, great, hardworking staff, and I will return for anything further.

I have to say the service I got today during my upgrade was top of the line good service. I hate doing upgrades and going because I easily get overwhelmed with all the numbers and info given to me so fast but my rep Jaime in the Pico Rivera location made everything so easy for me. Explained the charges so well . I was only looking yo change my watch but I came out of there with a watch and a phone. Kuddos to Jaime!!

The Customer Service was very friendly. I was very pleased with Sales Rep who helped me with my purchase RYAN was one of the most helpful rep I’ve ever dealt with in my whole time of being a Verizon customer. Ryan broke down every question to the T and did not rush at a sale, he was very helpful. I recommend this store and this sales representative to any customer looking to join the Verizon Wireless network. 2 thumbs up.

Everyone there is super nice and chill. Plus the music in the store is chill.

Super friendly staff. They were so attentive with the customers . They offered great promotions and weren’t so persistent when you said no. Wish the music was a little bit lower but everything else was perfect. They had the store clean and well supervised .

Dealing with Jamie was a real nice treat he was very calm and very helping to assure us we got everything needed. Cesar was one of the employees who also help but Jamie was by far more helpful

Brianna was amazing! I went in to take advantage of their trade-in promotion but the 14 pro max was out of stock so she had to have it ordered. She let me know that they are only able to hold the device for a limited time and to make sure I schedule an apt to do the transfer once I was notified that the phone came in. Several days later the phone arrived and I scheduled an appointment but of course, I tested positive for Covid and couldn’t come in. Despite Brianna transferring to a new store location, she gave me a heads up and still extended to be of help during the process because she wanted my transition to Verizon to be as smooth as possible. She even reached out to her former location and let them know the situation and ensured that the device would be held until I was able to safely come into the store. The fact she could have simply passed me on to a new associate but instead chose to go the extra mile means a lot! If that isn’t great customer service, I don’t know what it!

I enjoyed the visit to Verizon. Caesar and Ashley were very pleasant helpful. I would definitely recommend them for all your mobile phone needs👍😀👍

I had a great experience, Cesar was very informative and patient with me. He answered all my questions in detail and added suggestions, too. Cesar's professionalism and radiant smile is an asset to Verizon, it's very seldom that I come in contact with a sales person with those qualities.
