Always has what I need at a decent price point, the only things bothering me is they keep changing the battery-operated tools and I'm finding it difficult to get replacement rechargeable batteries for the drill Master and Chicago tools. What's up with that ? Please stop changing Battery operated tools unless you are going to keep supplying replacement rechargeable batteries ! Or it might be wiser to buy Makita Or Milwaukee Brands!! You can always buy their rechargeable batteries !!

I like the coupon deals. Tools are mostly of good enough quality for the average person. Very happy with my purchases.

Awesome store! They always have what I need and at the best prices. Store is clean and staff is courteous and helpful. One of my favorite stores.

Me and my dad walked in to get a trailer and we had the best costumer service that we haven't seen in years. Even though it was late and the store was about to close, the manager John and his crew made sure that we were taken care off and also made sure that we are satisfied with the trailer. A week later when we came back, he asked us about the trailer making sure it was good which shows us that he cares. I will say it again the BEST costumer service we seen in years!
