I came into the store to buy some running shoes for my self and mom and i got Excellent customer service. The girls at the counter were super nice and assisted me to getting both my pair and my moms pair. 5 stars!

Clean store easy to find the slip resistant shoes that I need for work. Staff was knowledgeable and assisted us on obtaining all possible applicable discounts. Great part of this location it has alot of parking.

I liked their customer service. Alessandra helped me get my shoes. I could not find a size or a style meant for me and she knew just what I needed. She was knowledgeable and patient. The shoes she got for me were exactly what I was looking for and she spent with me whatever amount of time I needed. I left the store happy. I agree with some of the reviews that the prices are high but as long as the purchase is worth it, and with the great customer service, like Alessandra's. William and Dustin were so helpful to me at this location. I have never seen such wonderful customer service at any shoe store ever. store has great collection of shoes. having sales representatives like William and Dustin just made my shopping experience more wonderful.

I was in Jersey Mike's Sub's on Montebello. As I was watching my sub, I noticed there was a Skechers store. I moved quickly so my Sub wouldn't cook in my car. I had help from the sales person but I told her I liked Air-Cooled Memory Form.

I hate that because of the women sued them for thier ignorance... I no longer have shoes that was great for standing . Has a M A they was the best , but they used them to rock back & forth which the shoes was not made for that nor did SKETCHES say they was to be use for exercise. THATS LIKE PUTTG ON HEELS AND WORK OUT AFTER INJURED YRSELF "CRY OUT " OH I HURT MY SELF AM SUEING THE COMPANY OF MY IGNORANCE! I PRAY THEY BRI G THOSE SHOES BACK 🙏

Past by it for months finally went in was suprised by the wide sellection of work boots as well as reg shoes prices were very reasonable staff very freindly.

I explained that I had a bone in my left foot stick ing out and they showed me the best wide shoe they had. They really took the time to help me

Good service a lot of shoes but some a bit pricey!!! So got some out of there close out section got several pairs for $20.00ea
