We are shopping in this store because of a young girl “CLAUDIA” who is working in this store. She was incredible helpful, kind each time when we went shopping.

The staff was extremely helpful, and I was glad to see plenty of my favorite holiday scents in stock! The only negative is the space is so close and difficult to navigate.

I went into store today and completed a buy online pick up in store. I totally messed up my BOPIS order and didn’t take full advantage of the sale. I was really flustered and Adrienne helped me get everything figured out. Her customer service was excellent and I always have a pleasant experience every time I’m at this location.

Love their products and the people there are always super helpful. Lotions are great, very moisturizing and smell fantastic. Candles smell great and burn evenly and are long lasting. I normally try to avoid this store since they're always having a sale and I'm running out of places to put stuff.

This store has the best customer service of any bath and body works stores that I have been to by far!! It's not that this store is bigger actually I think it may be smaller but the salespeople are just incredibly nice and it is very refreshing and they even seem like they care what or who your buying for! I actually don't even live or work close to this store so I do not come here often but this store remains the best!! Cannot say enough about it!!

Small store so customer number is still limited to help keep people distanced. Friendly and helpful employees. Almost always a sale. Inventory appears to be back to pre-pandemic levels. Had no trouble finding the products I wanted in the scents that I wanted.

I always leave this store VERY HAPPY, lol. The fall scents can not be matched and I want my house to smell like fall year round hahaha.

I can not say enough positive things about this store. They are super friendly and have the absolute best products this time of the year. Customer service is incredible and the atmosphere is exceptional.

My wife and daughters went in to purchase lotions. Once they got to the counter, the young lady assisted them with a promo to be able to get another product for free without being prompted. Such a refreshing change to have retail staff do something kind for the customer rather than herd us in and out in order to get back to their smartphone conversation. Kudos Bath & Body Works. These young ladies are an asset to your company!

The staff are so nice and sweet!! There are ALWAYS really good deals! And nobody there cares that I just smell all the candles, all the ask is what Candle I like. AND NOBODY CARES THAT I DO THAT!!!! -mined blown-😁

They answered all my questions about Halloween stuff coming up, very clean store, nice workers!

Very neat and clean. Only let about 10 in at a time to shop but they had a lot of merchandise and we got all our gifts.
