Hello I would like to commend Jasmine your Sales representative she did such a great job with Customer Service and this is my first time meeting her. She has made it look easy because she did her job with so much joy. Who ever hired her is going to be blessed by the Most High God for that. She deserves a raise when that time comes. She has enhanced and inspired me to continue on my mission as I work in the healthcare in Dentistry. She has the ability to be a Supervisor and conduct herself as a lead in training other people. I am just a customer that came in and it touched my spirit and I believe she is an example to this whole entire corporation thank you so much for her God Bless

For some items you must check several stores but you always find great values.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good deal you get at dollar tree… BUT, the customers there are rude. Some lady one time cut me in line with her cart Tokyo drift style...

It was clean and organized, like a new house, just after you've moved in and settled down. They have even upgraded by adding a freezer section. One dollar Otter Pops without the wait. In the end, you must remember it is a Dollar Tree.

Sales expired food!

I bought a bag of cookies. Got all the way home, got comfortable, turned on a movie, opened my bag, then ate one only to be disappointed immediately by the fact I could tell they were stale. Looked on the bag and they expired January 23, 2023. It’s August. As much of an inconvenience as it was, I went back to the store got a new bag, and asked if I could get a drink as well for my inconvenience. She told me no, she could only exchange.

I would say this store’s customer service could be improved, as well as, stocking checks, whatever it is, because a job obviously didn’t get done for 7 month old food to still be on the shelf.

Closing time at 9:00 PM? Don't count on it. This Dollar Tree has a habit of closing before the posted closing time. Tonight - on a Friday evening - I arrived at 7:30 only to find a handwritten "Closed" sign on the door and someone standing guard preventing customers from entering. I know of no other Dollar Tree where this has happened multiple times.

Waited until after 10:00 AM. Nobody opened the store. Also, why are their hours different than all other Dollar Trees? Never have carts. When I complained, I was told to go next door to Grocery Outlet and use one of theirs.
