McDonald's

Service was very quick and staff was helpful and friendly. Access off of interstate 40 and highway 9 is a little difficult, but there are traffic lights. Plenty of auto parking and there is a supermarket parking lot adjacent that could be used for RV or autos with trailers. Restaurant was also very clean. Pretty good on this visit.

Just a quick stop and we noticed everything was clean. The manager was running the store wonderfully. The food was quick and hot. It was a really high standard for McDonald's

While traveling for work, just stopped in for a quick for ice cream but ended up grabbing a couple of burgers too, everything was perfect. Wish every McDonald's was run as well as this one. Great job 👍 👏 to this location and their team. Keep it up...

This was our quick stop for some latte and restroom. Restrooms were clean and latte was well made. 👏🏻

I dont live here but the lady at the front was so welcoming and sweet to us. There was elderly people there and she was so fun with them. it was heartwarming! i wish all McDonalds employees were like this! and also the food was cooked well!

I'm not a big fan of having to place my own orders on the kiosk. I feel it takes me twice as long to place an order because I'm constantly looking through the screens trying to find the items I want versus having to deal with a person who can have my order done in seconds.

Great food as usual. Although did see something a little shocking. A male hispanic employee went into the male bathroom to change the paper towel dispenser then after went straight into the female bathroom and didnt even knock or announce himself. Then a women came out a few minutes ltr. Looking shocked herself. Quite unprofessional if u ask me.

Food was fresh. Service was good. Floors were very wet and slippery. Tables needed cleaning

I typically do not eat at Mcdonalds but this one is the exception. I always get my food fast and the dining area is always clean.

Service was very quick!! The food was hot and as fresh as fast food can be lol!! Clean place, though I didn't go indoors, just used drive-through.

We stopped there for breakfast on the way to rescue a cat. Great service. We thank y'all 😊

We used the mobile app ordered when we got there for curbside and in approximately 10-13 min. Our food was delivered, everything super hot and order was correct. One of the best experiences ever. The young man that brought the food was courteous and apologized for the wait. The food was prepared as we waited. Great job Black Mountain McDonald's!

It was a good experience. The restaurant was clean. The table was wiped down after each group of people left. The workers were polite and helpful. We waited like two minutes to order. McDonald's is next to I-40 and next to the grocery store. I've been to this McDonald's before.

Everytime I go to this McDonald's, it makes every other Mcds look terrible. This is how Ronald expects his food to taste. Great food, great customer service... I'm truly shocked I'm writing a positive review about a McDonald's. These guys are wonderful. We don't eat McDonald's often, this one keeps bringing us back. Two of my kids asked why we never got them Happy Meals but kid our 3rd once a week... its because of this place.

I went early one morning and I whoever was working was so kind and I felt very welcomed. He took my order and also got my food and I feel like he should get some recognition! Great work dude!

Friendly girl named Alexis took our order. Had to wait bc of no kitchen staff. Drive thru was busy.

I ordered coffee, bacon and scrambled eggs. The drive through was super speedy and the staff was polite

Great service order a dubble cheese burger got a single in stead but they fixed it and even got a ice cream for the inconvenience. Anray was the employee that fixed everything was nice and very helpful.

We go here anytime we need an iced coffee or a fast bite. Always decent food and friendly staff. Never have to wait very long. Drive through is accurate with our orders. Staff is always courteous.
