Starbucks

I used the drive thru early on a Thursday morning. There were a few cars ahead of me but they moved quickly. Staff was very friendly and personable. I was through the line quickly and I got my drink. They put little stickers on the top of my drink, which was a nice touch.

Great Starbucks right off of the interstate in Black Mountain. They have an inside area asking with a drive thru. Service is quick and helpful. Never had any problems with this location.

My sister and I found the Black Mountain Starbucks on a busy tourist day. We ordered our drinks: Mocha Cookie Crumble & Caramel Ribbon Crunch. When my sister sipped her drink, she was unhappy. It didn't taste right. I took the two back to the counter. The manager immediately noticed that it was not what she ordered. A correct one was made(no $) and my sister was thrilled by the service. So was I.

Easy access off 40 and a really nice place. I tried the new vanilla shaken espresso and was not a fan… but they made it right so my fault ha! But the service was fine, store was clean.

Always consistent with my last minute coffee blast, drive thru or order in of line is long. If you are a hater it's because you don't order the blonde roast espresso.........

Staff was amazing, and made us the best coffees we’ve had from a starbucks in a long time.

The baristas are always so nice and they make my cinnamon dolce latte perfect!

Love this place they got a new coffee drink that was nice and strong but yet sweet it was like an apple oatmeal frappe

This is one of my favorite places to stop along i40! The employees always make my coffee quickly and are kind. And they have clean restrooms!

It's also easy to get on and off i40 without too much trouble, so that my stop is quick and I am back on the road in no time.

You can't beat Starbucks for a good cappuccino made with heavy cream to allow the froth to last for a long time and then a shot of sugar-free vanilla and some cinnamon on top. I love this place, the service was awesome the atmosphere is always great and they cater to their customers. We travel throughout the country continuously in our motorhome and I always look for another Starbucks to give me the caffeine fix for our next 300 miles.

Love the atmosphere in ambience of this location I've spent many days working remotely here.

Whichever employee worked drive through window today, 10-5-21 at 10:15am completely made my day with his care and kind words! I just had to say thanks for that in whatever way I could. Also I had one of my favorite London Fogs ever!

We ordered two non-pumpkin spice latte, and they were perfect!

So even if you dont have an urge for fall flavors, you can have an excellent cup of comfort!

Just went through, and so unfortunately I did not catch the wonderful workers name, but she deserves a raise! Super kind and answered all of my questions for me even checking to see if they had what I wanted available. Fast and caring service! Always choose this one every time I’m in Black Mountain or passing through. Love the energy here.

Coffee was great young lady at the window was very nice and positive. I dont like getting corrected when I call it a large. I literally never buy coffee when I'm 100 percent awake cut me some slack. See you guys later this week.

Okay. We've been to countless Starbucks over the years. The INCREDIBLY sweet lady, I think her name was Sarah, could NOT have been more thoughtful, kind and friendly. NY folks would freak out at her overt kindness. Don't EVER loose her, the "encouragement queen". Thank you.

We both got white mocha with a 6 shot espresso and I'm going to have this as a memory that thing was wonderful the Starbucks in Black Mountain North Carolina is the best one that I have been to thanks to my best best friend in the picture that I'm adding to this it was Saturday and thank God they open early the cost of one at the Ingalls down the road didn't open till 7 a.m. and she had a pumpkin scone and I'm very happy of that day I want probably won't be coming to Buncombe County much anymore because of her there so many memories of me and her.
