Went in to upgrade my phone. I was the first one there and I dealt with Vivian. She helped me step by step and was very knowledgeable. She knew the products, plans, and gave exceptional service. 5 stars!!!!

Tim is great! He saved us on our monthly bill with an upgrade and kept us well entertained our entire time in the store. It is amazing when people are not only knowledgeable in their field but also with customer service. I have since returned to that store just so that I could work with Tim rather than go to a store closer to my home. I recommend this store and its employees to all.

I stopped in to upgrade my phone and it was a moderately busy day. Four employees, all helping guests. They were attentive to everyone’s needs and never let the line of customers waiting distract them from giving consistent service.

I would love to see the interior match that of some of the other locations. Having a state of the art interior and work space not only would improve the customer experience, but improve the teams performance. It would enhance their overall satisfaction when coming to work and improve productivity.

I will always shop at this Tmobile store! Marquis is absolutely amazing, friendly, patient and courteous with superb customer service! He made me and my daughters day by delivering the best customer service! Will always recommend my friends & family to frequent this particular store!

Noe at the Tmobile in Dyer IN was outstanding. He was patient and knowledgeable about everything that I needed done. He explained in detail about my switching to Tmobile and I appreciated that. If I could give him more that 5 stars I would. Being a business woman myself I understand the importance of great customer service. He is an asset for Tmobile. We received excellent service from the staff. Janae was excellent to work with and provided great customer service! She was able to quickly recommend the plan that best met our needs. I highly recommend this business!

Jose was awesome to work with! He has a sparkling personality and is very knowledgeable. Both he and his associate were extremely helpful and kind to me. I look forward to visiting this store again.

Jose is such a great salesman. He was able to explain the Note 10+ to me in detail. He also has good customer service skills. He should be considered for employee of the month.

I had a misunderstanding at the Dyer location T-Mobile last Weekend.
I just received a phone call from the store Manager Daryl who rectified the situation with great respect and understanding.
It was a learning experience for the store,ofcourse no business or person is always gonna get it right ln some situations.
Learning and improving from this satisfied me enough to stay with them as a Carrier.
There are much bigger problems in the World.
My celluar service has been great with
T-Mobile all over the U.S. and I've learned they're always working to get better.
It's nice to see they actually do care about their customers.

Jose is a great guy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you need help with anything, especially an upgrade, he is a super awesome guy to deal with and I recommend chatting with him.

I came in recently for an upgrade and the service was absolutely perfect! The T-Mobile rep- Adriana made the experience pleasant, speedy and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

We walked in at the last minute before they closed and they still stayed over an hour late to take care of us. Very helpful and friendly service. Overall very knowledgeable about the phones, Jose made sure we got the best deal.
