AT&T Store

Mike Jardieu, the Manager at the Latham, NY AT&T retail office, has been extremely helpful in assisting me in securing a refund for overpayment on my bill. He spent a lot of time helping me resolve this issue.

Spoke with Joshua P. about upgrading. He was training someone at the time. I explained the phone rep told me about a certain plan and he shot that down to steer me to something better??? I thought, "Here we go!" Long run, the plan I really needed and at a great price. He made sure all my discounts were applied, including my First Responder deduction and I'm a lifer with ATT. Joshua, thank you once again. Nice job!!

Mike was super helpful and got my new iPhone set up quick. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave me tips going forward.

Friendly, smart, well-informed staff who immediately made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions with patience and respect. Best location - even though we don't live in Latham, we find it well worth driving a little further for the excellent service. Thank you for putting together a store that cares about its customers!

The store agent "Ann" was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of the service. I was in and out of the store with new service.

Came in looking to get onto my own plan and was helped out almost immediately as soon as I walked into the store. Overall the time took about 30 minutes to get the new plan and get all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. They also have discounts on plans if you are Active duty military or a veteran and if you are a first responder. Overall great experience.

The best staff hands down, very knowledgeable and professional at this location. Joshua and Anne resolved an issue that I have been dealing with for a week and I’m grateful for their support and assistance!! I encourage everyone to give them a chance if in need of AT&T services.

Came here today to add my fiancée to my line. Anne helped us and was professional and polite as well as friendly. 10/10 recommend. Made the process of upgrading as well as transferring from another provider seamless.

This is by far the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a AT&T store in upstate New York! Only took me half hour to get a phone and service. The employees her were more friendly then other stores I’ve been too and explained everything to me perfectly when I didn’t understand something.I highly recommend this store.

Will and Chris at the Latham AT&T were excellent. We bought new phones at Walmart but the person transferring the data from the old phone to the new one with AT&T messed it up and it took 4 1/2 hours on one day and 3 on another day. She finally said it couldn't be fixed and I would not have my texts and some other stuff transferred. Will and Chris transferred all the data in a matter of minutes. I wasted so much time at Walmart and should have gone to the Latham Store right after buying the phones. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this store with Will and Chris helping

Today I purchased a new phone to replace my old AT &T phone. I had a lot of questions and thanks to the professional help of Kaitlyn who took her time to answer all of them in terms that I could understand, I went home very happy. I could not be happier with the professionalism that Kaitlyn showed and in the future, will do all of my purchases at this store as long as Kaitlyn is employed there. In the past, I have been at a number of AT&T stores but, by far, this is the VERY BEST.

I’ve went to the store on Hoosick St. a few times and the sales Rep that has been there for a while is rude and doesn’t seem like a people person. Any time I asked him questions he was a rude and talked to me as if I should already know the answer to my questions. He is always sitting down and seems he do best not working with people. I went to the store in Latham and it was a completely different experience. The sales Rep was super friendly, didn’t talk me as if I was uneducated but rather helped me so I was more knowledgeable about what I was purchasing. I will drive further just to go to the Latham store before I ever go back to Hoosick St.
