I am delighted to write this review for Rubina, an outstanding employee who works in the paint department at Home Depot. I recently visited the store, unsure of the exact type of paint and color I needed for a DIY project. Rubina emerged as a beacon of assistance in my time of need.

Rubina demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the different types of paint, their specific uses, and helped me select the perfect shade that matched my vision. Her expertise and patience were truly commendable as she took the time to explain the nuances of each paint type, their durability, and the best choices for different surfaces.

She was incredibly warm, sweet, personable, and attentive to my needs. She made sure to listen carefully to my project details and accordingly suggested products that would better suit my requirements. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping customers achieve their vision.

Great place, I remember all my trips from the beginning of this store,I remember when I made my way to the one in NYC.. back in the 80's ,my story,my life's work helping hundreds , with restoration,made great, looking beautiful..many happy hearts,made by @homedepot ,thank you guys..I met so many home depot representatives,big help by their employees ,my story from the heart, pictures here are just are little part of my of my life's work . home depot has it all

At first very frustrating because the door installation information we were supposed to have received a week ago was not available. We requested help from Al in flooring. Although he could not answer our questions he was overly helpful, friendly and a great personality. Maybe consider making him a supervisor he truly cares about the customer experience and Home Depot brand! We were able to speak with Mark the supervisor on duty even though he did not have all info he went above and beyond to help. We left feeling like valued customers.

Waited quite a few minutes to pick an online order, but they did soon add two cashiers and everyone in line was taken care of. Nice and friendly people. Items were easy to find! Looking forward to come for a building project for kids!

We just bought a home and was so frustrated with all type of deals and security cameras out there. Me and my husband went to home depot today and found a nice gentleman name Mike Hill from electrical department. He was so amazing with his customer service was so nice to help us with choosing security cameras. I was amazed and glad we found him. He explained every kind out there and made our day less stressful. Thank you for hiring people like Mike who love their job. He is a gem

Home Depot recommended Torres Landscaping and Contracting. I used them. They were Amazing. I had a patio and walkway done with pavers purchased from home depot.
The quality of work was excellent, along with the product used. I highly recommend this company. You will be greatly satisfied!

Home Depot is generally the same no matter the location. To a large extent that remains true here. That said the staff seems more friendly here than other locations. I have made purchases as well as returns and can't ever recall a poor experience.
I do recommend shopping at this Home Depot location.

Great customer service and most of the stuff I need whenever I go looking for building supplies

I give five stars because this time we received a military discount. A Few years ago no discount was given except for holidays so we starting going to Lowes. Thank you home Depot for taking care of the vets.

Hello! Just wanted to shout out the amazing Amanda for her assistance lifting the heavy generator that we bought tonight. We initially brought the wrong car that unfortunately did not fit the generator. At this time, Amanda was so kind and said she would be there when we brought the bigger car. Sure enough, upon our arrival Amanda was there. She was able to strongly assist us in lifting the generator into the back of the car. This process would not have gone so smooth without her. Amanda, you are a rare gem!!! Thank you for making our experience at home depot so wonderful!

Very friendly people. Many checkouts open and self-service checkouts .Home Depot. Workers are very knowledgeable on where to find things in their store.

I was looking for fencing that I needed but they were out at almost every Home Depot location. I ordered from Latham online and never received an email saying my order was ready. After waiting two days I called and spoke with a woman named Ann who was super helpful and able to locate my order and called me back to tell me it was all set. Ann was really nice and went out of her way to help me. Great customer service!

I never write reviews but I don't think businesses are getting a fair shot during these unprecedented times of supply issues, staffing shortages and such. I started to wonder today what if our retail staff could write reviews on their customers behavior. Dave and his staff deserve 5-stars. At the end of the day I want to work with the team that goes out of their way to make it right.

Great place for home improvement needs

I was helped by a delightful young man in customer service at the Latham Home Depot today. Jordan was attentive to my problem and so helpful. He was able to contact the people needed to resolve the issue in short order, even though the store was very busy. It's obvious that he genuinely likes people and enjoys his job. I am new to the Albany area and I will certainly be using this home Depot again. Many thanks Jordan.

Great store, excellent associates, clean, great service!

Mike from electric went way out of his way to help me in the Latham NY store. The bird seed pallet was empty and he scanned the shelf tag, discovered a new pallet in the overhead, tracked down someone who could forklift it down, and gave me two bags for my home cart that's what I call excellent customer service!

They cut wood for you if you need it! Super helpful staff although when I do come here it's almost as if they don't have enough staff or the staff is in clusters on certain departments, it would be nice to have someone in the lumber area on a regular basis rather than having to go halfway across the store to find a team member to assist you. Other than that, it's a really great store and has a variety of options on several items.
