Panera Bread

Panera bread is my favorite breakfast place in the area. I love their tomato soup and tuna salad. The focaccia bread was very delicious. The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is awesome. Would definitely recommend

I’ve gotten several hundred drinks here over the past year and it’s always clean and lovely. I go through the drive thru a lot and the staff is always very friendly and polite, I never feel like I’m bothering them asking for a Diet Pepsi. How fast it is depends on the time of day but when they’re not slammed it’s almost instant service, and when they are slammed they do their best and keep a smile on their face. I don’t think I can say anything positive about any other fast food place in Latham, but Panera really has their stuff together.

Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables.

My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it.

The Latham Panera is an outstanding place to meet friends or family. The staff is friendly and attentive. Panera's menu is very well thought out and provides seasonal additions like the very popular and delicious Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. This Panera has table delivery, rapid pickup home delivery, online ordering and kiosk ordering.

Panera used to be pretty lame, but now they are the only chain in the area that bakes their own stuff. They make a good souffle. My baby 🍼 ate the whole thing. He's never had solid food before. Picture for reference.

They have this great deal where you pay 9.00 a month and get a free mega coffee every day. Being a programmer means that I have to drink lots of coffee. Gallons. This is a great savings for me.

Service was really fast and friendly customer service. However, they seem to never have croissants every time I visited.

This is a really good Panera to go to, keep in mind I only go at slow times, but it is good when I go

I ordered a rapid pick up order online. It was ready very quickly and the order was accurate. I used a gift card for the order and input my debit card information for the difference. The gift card didn't go through and my debit card was charged the full amount. The manager made it so simple to reconcile this issue. I was able to use the gift card and my money was refunded to my debit card. I am extremely satisfied with this Panera location's service and the food was great, obviously.

Highest and most consistent quality foods and best ambience. Great service and hospitality! Always a good experience !

The Panera in Latham is *great*. Our son has a huge list of food allergies and this is one of our few go-to places where we feel safe eating with him. The manager, Molly, is always there to work with us and make sure his food is safe. She's able to make him a bowl of just the grilled chicken (that would normally go on a salad) and it's one of our son's favourite things! Most of the workers know us now and they're all very friendly and inviting, even though our order is a bit more involved. :)

Love the grain bowls! Bring back the classic ham-and-cheese sandwich!

First time in since they reopened.Beautiful inside.I got a blueberry bagel and a coffee and both were delicious. The woman who took my order could not have been more pleasant.

We had no issue making our order fit our entire parties’ dietary requirements, and when any questions arose they were quick to pull out the allergen menu, now that’s forward thinking!

Friendly woman manning the front end, and the table side delivery man was professional and polite.

Food was fresh, bread was firm and satisfying, crust was light and flaky and had great structure. Lovely sponge! Balsamic Vinaigrette tangy and aromatic.

Would recommend this location for a professional business lunch, great atmosphere for a bit of a chat!

Coworker has celiac disease and we placed a group order online asking for a sandwich to be made over greens for her. Not only did they assemble a great salad, but they left a little note in the bag stating “we changed our gloves and cleaned our stations, but can’t guarantee cross contamination”. Very thoughtful of them and respectful for their guest. Ordering online is a pain for some businesses, especially during the lunch rush, but the staff on 7/19/21 were wonderful, as was all of the food!

I had a seasonal salad with low calorie balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious. There was no wait at the time I went and my salad came out quickly and was properly prepared. They bring the food to your table. You have to clear your own table however. They have restrooms and handicapped parking. There is outdoor seating in season. It's good for dining alone or in a group. Overall a good experience.

Placed a rapid pick up order during the very busy lunch hour. I arrived a few minutes early, but that was no issue at all! My order was brought out to my vehicle with haste. It was correct and well presented in the bag. Great experience and service.

The food is good and my cashier was kind and helpful. The food notification system that they have is convenient. I enjoyed the atmosphere which was very calming. It felt good to go out somewhere and treat myself to a moist and delicious baguette.

Will be coming back for more.

I have been on a Panera kick for a little over a week and they NEVER fail.

The food is always accurate fresh and absolutely delicious. For the price it's more than worth it.

Also the staff is so fast paced kind and accurate!

Also I believe her name is Brenda? She is such a gem she makes sure to clean every chair table and countertop!
