AT&T Store

Recently visited the AT&T store in Cobbs Corner in Canton MA. Their service was seamless and courteous. Highly recommend this store.

I went to with a few questions and Diego did an excellent job. He was very patient and answered every questions. I left with my new knowing everything I needed to address when I got home to ensure a smooth transition to the new device.

After quite a bit of difficulty both with online ATT and another local store, the gentlemen at the Canton store were so very helpful. Joel and Diego were so nice, competent and professional. I walked in the store so aggravated and they calmed me right down with their professionalism.

Ashley C. and Despina were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with the products I needed help with. Despina even saved me $200 because of her knowledge of company policy. I returned a phone within 14 days that was unsatisfactory and because of her knowledge of policy, she upgraded me for free AND was able to credit my account. Their service was prompt, they were down-to-earth and genial, and showed genuine interest in my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this store, because at the store where I bought the other phone, no one told me about the policy. I'll be returning to Canton for any of my future needs if they keep providing the exemplary service that they did for me on Tuesday.

I went in today to get two Apple Watches with the deal they are offering. I got both watches and was out of the store in 20 minutes thanks to Cody. He was pleasant and fast!

Recently, one of my iPhone chargers broke and I needed one as soon as possible. I went to this AT&T and Diego was able to help me right on the spot. He was very helpful and guided me every step of the way to ensure that I got the best bang for my bucks. Ended up with getting one of the newer fast charging cords that actually work as intended. I got a life-time warranty on the products which is also another plus. Overall, my experience here was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Jake was awesome! My family and I came in to upgrade our phones and our data plan and he gave us great advice on how to save some money and get the phones we needed. He answered all our questions and really helped us out with cheerful attitude the entire time. Best customer service I have ever had in an AT&T store. Make sure you go here!

Jake and Jess were awesome! Went to upgrade phones (7 & 8), hesitant with the big changes made to the newer phone. They were so knowledgeable and talked us through the changes. Looked up the best options and found some savings on plans, twp new phones and same price bill!

Had to get a new device last second out of my normal area and let me just say Jake was fantastic! He was easy to work with, efficient and super funny. It made the experience so painless, which I feel is definitely an achievement. I highly recommend this location and staff member!!! Thanks Jake!!

AT&T store at Cobb's Corner has been a huge help to me technically every time I have been in the store. The Employees and store manager have been the best. 5 of 5, 10 out of 10. Any questions I have had have been answered and been very helpful to me. I would recommend that store (and have) to many people and they have all had great experiences. I've been with AT&T 9 years and this the best AT&T store I have ever been in, and I've been in a lot of them.

We went in recently to upgrade a phone. Joel was very knowledgeable. He described our options in detail. Very efficient and pleasant experience.
