I had a great experience with tmobile in Stoughton, I was helped by Shelby in getting a iwatch. Shelby was amazing. It was great dealing with such a polite, intelligent, and helpful person. I recommend the tmobile in Stoughton over other tmobile locations.

I have had the most outstanding customer service t mobile employee in Avon Ma. I can't say enough wonderful things about christian. He went above and beyond! Christian is a 10 star person!

I worked with a gentlemen here yesterday on switching out my phone with a new one. He was super helpful and pleasant. As I waited for my phone to load, he assisted others and was very pleasant with everyone. Great customer service!

We could not be happier with our switch to T-Mobile. Eric patiently guided us thru every aspect of the transition and was so helpful from start to finish and beyond. When we had a delay in receiving rebates, he was quick to follow up and follow through to help us out again. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

7/27/23 Mr Paulisson Lima helped me with several very complicated issues that took over 45 min, he was patient, kind, courteous and extremely professional. He understands what it means to provide exceptional customer service!. I felt valued as a customer here at this CORPORATE store, he turned my opinion of T-Mobile around, having previously experienced HORRIBLE Poor customer service from a THIRD Party store; the T-Mobile at the Brockton location 521 Belmont St. just days ago.

I was extremely satisfied and thankful that he could help me. I kept on thanking him but he kept on saying it’s just him doing his job, however given the complexities of my situation and the amount of time it took for him to research and his due diligence, UGH he really is Phenomenal, and really knows his stuff!. He resolved all of my concerns.

Please come see him & the Store in Avon for all of your Needs it will be worth your time!. Where you are welcome so warmly & told politely that you will be serviced soon & are apologized to for the wait..that alone should say it all.. often at times it’s the littlest of gestures that sets a Company or Service apart and I noticed all of these details here today while he was helping me so diligently!..

This is the best T-Mobile store I have been to in a long time. The whole staff was super friendly and all about good customer service. Shellby started me off with a new phone. I have not had a new phone since 2013. Quite the upgrade I got.She was very patient and picked out the perfect one for me. The whole team came together to help make sure all my pictures transfered over.Thank you all.

Went here to upgrade to a newer phone, I do this every year. I always go to this location as I have had excellent customer service each and every time. Plenty of parking. They greet you as you enter, so you know you're not going to be overlooked.

UPDATE: Brought my family in again to change up thier phones. Paulisson and James really helped us figure out what we wanted to do (not an easy task for our family). Greatly appreciative of thier help and experience!! The patience these guys show with our hundred questions is really amazing and again, very appreciated.

Adler is the best in T-Mobile Avon. I really appreciated the way he takes care of me when I have some problems with my phone or the services. A guy like him done a good job for the company. Keep going on your good job Adler for T-Mobile. Because of you some clients like me can stay to use T-mobile services’s, only because of you😍😍

I recently visited this location on Stockwell Drive in Avon. Both Adler and Paulison provided excellent service in helping me transition to a new phone. Paulison especially went out of his way making sure all of my pictures and videos had been transferred over to my new phone. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you to your amazing staff, I will forever be a customer to this location and staff. 5+ stars

Came in on 8/17/22 to have my phone screen replaced. If you have an Apple product under the warranty they give you are covered. Everyone was very attentive and made the process seem less. Done within 45-60 mins. They will also replace screen protectors and put them on for you if you buy them in their store. Thanks again!

Went in for help with my phone today and was welcomed by Eric. Wonderful customer service! Went above and beyond to help me with my phone! He was so knowledgeable and offered a lot of helpful information. Will go back when it's time to upgrade!

We love this T-Mobile location and have been coming here for years. It can get busy but they are great at getting to everyone in a reasonable amount of time. We love T-Mobile but are happy to have this location to go to in person.

Just went in.. Helped by a great guy named Orlando. He cared more about the customer then the sale. Best t-mobile employee I've dealt with and happy that I did.

Always get great service here. Can be quite a wait sometimes but employees are always nice and very helpful. They even remember me from previous visits.

Tmobile has great service and this store and it's employees uphold that service.

Lost my phone. Came in as the first person and made feel good. Gave me all the information I needed to make right decision. Answer all my questions to a T. Telling me. That she had a great understanding of the way things work. Thank you once again
