Shawn is an excellent worker. I was looking for a faucet and I knew they had some in stock but I couldn’t find it. I walked around the entire store looking for someone and the only person who helped was Shawn. He grabbed a staircase and was able to find the faucet I needed, he didn’t give up! Other people would’ve told me “no sorry” but Shawn was very helpful.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Donnell with our linoleum floors. He was very patient with assisting us and made some recommendations for additional materials we needed. We greatly appreciate his assistance and expertise.

I have been an account holder for a long time and I most often receive good service. If a sales person can't help you, most managers can. If you pay on time, they will review periodically and increase your spending line of credit.

I went in here and had a list. The greeter brought me all over to get the items I needed.He was professional and friendly. The checkout person was also very nice and friendly. I like to see happy employees and both people I dealt with were great.

I went there to get supplies to paint a wood dresser, and the staff in the paint area were all so helpful! I wish I got their names but they were all so patient, helped me pick out the right materials, and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend getting paint here

Just did a renovation and got everything I needed at Home Depot

We like a specific type of the Christmas tree but all sold out except the display. The nice staff was willing to check the stock in the other stores. None was available in near stores either. We decided to take the one on display and found there was about 50% discount upon check out.

I've been coming to this Home Depot for over 20 years. It has excellent customer service, hands down. Go to the 'other' home improvement store and its a different story. This is my place to go for just about everything. The people who work here are what makes this place great.

My Family, and I enjoy shopping
at Home Depot yesterday, and today we needed assistance in trying to purchase an item and their Customer Service Staff along with their Manager's went above and beyond in helping us to purchase that item they were amazing and because of their great service to us we'll continue to shop at Home Depot.

Everyone is Home Depot was exceptionally helpful and available to help me I was in need of kitchen cabinets directed me to go and was an associate that help me follow through in detail for everything that you need it. I then went over to the doors and windows area I ordered custom interior door. Once again the associate was extremely helpful and professional

The Brockton store was incredible nice staff .had exactly what we needed and the quantity 💯

I was helped by one of the employees a few days ago and he was by far the most helpful an employee has ever been for me. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I left satisfied! His name was either Jeremiah or Jermaine and he deserves a raise!

Staff were helpful. Especially Tom in doors. Took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. As I was leaving, he handled 2 calls then I thought to get an estimate on an exterior door. He took care to explain my options and the costs. Excellent Home Depot representative.

Really helpful staff, even though they did not have what I wanted in stock, they helped me to find multiple solutions that would solve my issue. Very knowledgeable, and not condescending in how they talk through problems. It's not in their job description, but when they can help above and beyond their job description, they will go that extra mile.
