So far, so good with New ownership the prices of the mailboxes have definitely gone down thanks for doing that. I know they're very busy. I wish you guys could have a way. I could just text you define out if anything's in my mailbox.

Fantastic and friendly customer service today! It looked like the outdated computers caused some delays and were the root cause of a line forming. Managers/leaders may want to invest into an upgrade, to get rid of tech-caused delays.

This is not my "normal" UPS store, but I stopped at this location while running some errands. The young woman who helped me today could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

They were very helpful packing items for my cousin to ship to Canada. More expensive than expected but that isn’t the store’s fault apparently. My cousin says it’s that even within Canada shipping fees are ridiculous.

I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I just went there this morning and everything was great. I was returning a dehumidifier so it was a pretty good sized package. I had the box it was in adequately taped and showed them my QR code for them to print up a label. In and out in 5 minutes. Great friendly staff!!

I went here today to do an Amazon return. Amazon emailed me a form to print out a shipping label and told me to go to the UPS store where they could print it for me. It turned out that Amazon gave me the wrong information and it actually would have cost me money to use the UPS computer to print the label. The lady at the UPS store was very nice and really helpful. She told me that Amazon could send me a QR code instead that she could scan and make the return free of charge and hassle free. So I called Amazon and had the QR code sent. I returned to the UPS store where the same lady took care of everything from there. I left the store with a tracking receipt and was very pleased with the service at this store. Amazon has already issued my refund on the same day. Thank you to the woman that helped me today at this UPS store!

Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly even at the end of the day when we're all tired - still helpful and courteous! I have never been charged a service charge for any Amazon returns. I am there at least every two weeks and never, ever a problem!

This place is under new management and we had a great experience there today. This is my first year shipping Christmas gifts to family in another state and the folks at this UPS store were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was packaged safely. I’ll go out of my way to go back to this location the next time I need to ship anything.

I saw all of the negative reviews and just wanted to say that since new management took over it has vastly improved. I've had 2 excellent experiences since then.

This store is under new management. Been fantastic in the two times I was there, both times when it was very busy. I've shipped from many suburban Boston locations over the years, and these guys do it right.

I stopped in tonight to ship some Amazon returns. The guys were just about to lock up for the night but said they take care of me real quick. And they did. I was in and out in no time. Fast friendly service. Thank you guys. You were very helpful tonight. Btw this is my usual UPS drop off spot and the guys have always been helpful in getting my boxes in their door and prepped for shipping. Thanks again.

Since this location recently got new management, this UPS store is truly the best. I’ve been to a few different locations and this one is my favorite. The manger and the staff are always so friendly and ready to help. Thank you for being so bright and uplifting.

Since the new management I’ve been here 3 times. Staff is fast, efficient and friendly. They respect everyone’s time and will get you in and out quickly, all I can ask for at a UPS store.

The employee that worked today (and most days) is AMAZING! He always goes above and beyond to help me and others. On top of that, I'm pretty sure he mind reads what clients are there for and is able to direct them to the right location before they even say anything. This allows for him to manage multiple types of services at once and get everyone in and out of the store extremely quickly. I always know my experience will be efficient and professional when I see him working, and it is much appreciated!

My experience was great from start to finish with Stuart. Brought 17 boxes to ship to Florida. Asked for boxes to be held for 10 days in Canton so they would arrive after August 9th in Florida. All boxes arrived together August 11th. Great experience for me.

the reviews for this place have been terrible so I never went. thankfully we drove by a few months ago and saw a sign highlighting that the location is under new management. Checked it out and was pleasantly surprised. Super efficient, was in and out , nice staff. will be returning!

I was in the store about 3:40 PM , Friday, July 31st. The clerk working there was extremely helpful to me. I was surprised, after reading the many negative reviews. He went beyond what was necessary. There were many other customers, but, he spent extra time assisting me.

Just had an awesome experience here with the employee named Akiv. Right before closing he let several customers in (myself included) and did his very best addressing each and every customer's unique needs with patience and kindness. I haven't had a bad experience here despite all the negative reviews and I will definitely come here again.

12/3 @ 2:50pm .. I’ve worked in Customer Service for years. While I was making copies the young gentleman was dealing with argumentative customers in a great manner .. when it was my turn to send out 2 very important pieces of mail, he took care of me & went above & beyond what his position calls for .. hats of to this young man. I’m new to Canton & I’ll defintely be back & recommend this store to my girl friend, who visits the Starbucks next door more than anywhere else in Canton, thus far =)
