NAPA Auto Parts - Westbay Auto Parts

This is a fine establishment! They had one of the oddball tools that I needed and Don was very helpful. I didn't realize it was family owned and has been here since 1961. That's the kind of business I like to support. It's close to my house and I'll be going here for all my automotive needs. We as consumers really need to support local businesses even if they're a tad bit more than say... A giant online conglomerate. They're not trying to rip anyone off by charging more, they're simply trying to survive amongst online retailers.

I was in Napa today and the line was super long. The phones were ringing like crazy as well! There were two people running the registers and they both were managing the caous so well and professionally. I had no idea what I was doing with ordering a filter for my car, but James (as it says on my receipt) was so helpful, and both employees were knowledgeable.

They know cars! Always a great experience.

My review is long overdue. Love the customer service, yes they are busy and sometimes wait times are longer but that comes with great customer service and a great business. Went in and got the wife Civic brake lights today, and I don’t understand why I go elsewhere, I always end up here! Lol Thank you staff , wish I was better at names but I’m a face guy. 🤘🏻

The team here at Westbay have been helpful to our family every time we've come here, as far back as I can remember. I really appreciate their commitment to helping those of us who are a bit challenged when it comes to what the heck is under the hood, the dash, or lighting our way down the road. Great place! Special shout-out to Jerry. He was the bomb! He was super friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to go above and beyond. I had no idea what I was doing in order to change my taillight. Not only did Jerry get me the parts I needed but he also installed them for me in the parking lot. Jerry is a rock star and I really appreciated his service. Definitely will be back!

Needed a star bit for a caliper, they had them in stock and the counter person was great! He helped me find the part and offered a couple options. I wasn't sure what size I needed so I bought an assortment, they were reasonably priced so now I have a whole set.

Great staff. Unlike other auto parts stores, they know about cars and trucks and they sell you the correct parts!

Best place to get real parts help

Went in today to get a part for my car and was given great customer service by Jerry. He went out with me to make sure I was getting the correct part I needed and then made sure I got the best deal. I've been waiting for the same part to come in for a week at another parts store but this one from Napa will be here in the morning. Great service all the way around.

If your a home mechanic, this is the place to go. I've had good service at any Napa but I'm partial to this one. These folks aren't push towards any service or product. Many of them are professional mechanics or long time home mechanics. They have lots of experience and advice if you choose to pick their brains. If they don't know something they will happily ask a senior employee.

Great service. Went way above and beyond to help me sort out an issue that was my fault entirely when I bought the wrong part due to a failure to perform even a very basic amount of research on my own vehicle prior to purchasing. They didn't have to help me get the situation corrected, but they did it with a smile and taught me a lot of new stuff, to boot. Nothing but good experiences here so far.

Definitely an older building, but the store itself is good and the staff seem to know everything you'd hope them to know. Things go on sale constantly, and the regular prices aren't bad, either.

Parking can be a pain, though, especially if you're driving a bigger vehicle.

Very nice workers there, got the items in needed in a timely manner while also juggling phone calls from other customers and made sure that i was getting the correct parts as well that i needed and i know for a fact I'll be going there again when I need more parts

These guys are awesome!! Lots of oil, wipers and pretty much anything you need to fix a vehicle. Sometimes it is next day delivery, but that just gives me time to remove the old part.

I have always had great service at this Napa and it's been because the employees have helped figure out weird part numbers and inconsistencies on my 99 Ford F150 like the oddball rear axle that didn't match up to the part numbers. From axles to brakes they have always been patient and helpful. Thanks!

Local NAPA branch. Buy stuff all the time for the fleet. Recently have more competitive pricing.

Locally owned and operated Parts store. Employees know what they are talking about and are not just looking stuff up on a computer. Most of them are true gear heads with a combined several centuries of experience wrenching on vehicles. If they don't have it, they can probably get it. Very rarely do they ever have a problem with the parts I need. Military, veteran discounts and a points system to save you more money when you shop here frequently is a bonus.
