T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I was in the T-Mobile store today and was helped by BayBee Love. Although my issue was complicated she was extremely professional, helpful and informative, thoroughly walking me through the process smiling all the while. I wish there were more people in customer service with her demeanor. Great experience, I’ll be back!

We just made the switch from Verizon to t-mobile and they handled everything for us. Michael was extremely helpful, very detailed and efficient. He made the process seamless and helped set up all of the perks that come with being with t mobile. Wish we would have switched sooner!!!!! Thanks Michael!

I went to T-Mobile today and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my service was at this t-mobile. Mike was awesome!! They were able to help me get everything done and was so nice and pleasant. I was afraid to come here because I had bad service over a year ago but I'm very happy that I came in and I had a wonderful experience with them.

Great service at Port Orchard T-Mobile store. Michael was especially helpful, and his technical assistance was accurate and clear.

Kyle was awesome! We were new customers and he made porting numbers, ordering new phones, setting up promos correctly and joining a breeze! He also did a great job of staying engaged with other customers during the setup process. Overall very happy with everything!

The Customer service was great. My Situation was not straight forward and Jason and Mike took their time and did a great Job. Unfortunately the reception of the network just did not work out at our address and we had return everything and switch back to our old carrier. Even then John made sure everything was in order and the switch setup as smooth as possible from the mobile side. I would recommend the service there to anyone. Also anytime I had to call tmobil customer service, I always got a person right away and always very helpful as well.

Jason and Michael are the BEST! Very helpful and kind. They encourage all their customers to come in anytime for help or questions. Great customer service!

I had a semi stupid account issue. Was explained quickly and in terms easily understood by a non-tech savy person. Was in and out with a fresh account, new phone and a watch in less then 30 minutes. Thanks Mike for the help.

The manager was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond in customer service.

I came in today needing to switch from a prepaid plan to a regular plan, as well as get a new phone. Mike and his trainee Audrey were very helpful, kind, and quick with getting me what I needed. Tonight (1/26/2023) I went in around 7:20, to return my phone and get a new one and the employees were absolutely supportive and amazing. They got me in and out at a perfect time, and they weren’t upset I got there a little before they closed. I would definitely recommend coming here when you need any help! I really appreciate both of them, I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were two young handsome gentlemen’s, and they were fun, funny and very helpful!☺

Just switched over to T-Mobile from ATT. Bill dropped by 50% with more features (unlimited text, talk, data, etc.). I'm always a little hesitate to try something new but Devan made the process so easy for an older guy like me. Everything was explained in detail and I felt very good about the whole process. I would highly recommend the Port Orchard T-Mobile location and especially Devan for any of your wireless needs.

Long time T-Mobile customer. Went in to the store to get details on a phone deal they were running instead of calling in like usual. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, waited patiently through our entire setup process and didn’t stop helping until we completely understood and were satisfied. I even dropped in for follow up questions weeks later and they remembered me and my situation. I’m coming in instead of calling from now on.
