I have been to this place 1 day a week for about 3 months.
The owner, knows so much about the hobby.
They even do in house repairs. From what I have seen, nothing to big or to small. There is selection of all gauges.
They even do consignments.
I highly recommend this place to anyone..

I had seen other positive reviews of this hobby shop, so I figured I'd swing in. I was greeted by two very helpful and friendly gentleman, who helped me find exactly what I needed. Definitely going back to this local brick and morter store.

This is a super model railroad shop. He has everything sorted by scale, and has tons of N scale, HO, O and G as well. Always pleasant to talk to Ray, and there's also plenty of scenery, DCC and other model RR goodies. I make a 3 hour trip there a couple times a year to see what I can't live without. If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to check it out.

I absolutely love this place. It’s a very small establishment, but you’ll receive world class attention. The owner Ray, is a really nice gentleman. He is really knowledgeable about any service you may need for your model train. This is the place any beginner train enthusiast should go. They will give you the best advice you need to begin your journey.

Found a gem of a store - and a gem of a store owner in Ray. I needed some assistance in valuing a donation to a local charity (The Humane Society for Greater Nashua) and Ray took the time to look at what I brought, discussed condition, value and gave me suggestions on how to move forward with selling them. I left feeling confident about how to proceed and with a greater appreciation for the train collector. Ray was gracious with his time, his vast knowledge and his helpfulness. A rare model train store in New Hampshire. I wish there were more stores like this in NH.

Excellent model train shop!!! Last weekend I drove over an hour to visit for the first time and I was VERY glad I did. Ray and the other staff here are friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I highly recommend this shop, they have a great selection and always go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will be back very soon. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Awesome model shop to visit! Was able to find a VERY rare HO Scale engine of a New England shortline railroad (NHN) here. Reasonably priced items, and lots of very cool inventory. Definitely well worth the trip down 101 to checkout!

I can't say enough good things about this business. The owner is perhaps the most ethical business owner with whom I have ever worked. He lives true to his professed standard of always putting the customer first.

We brought him a non-functioning Lionel engine a half hour before closing on Christmas Eve (desperate to have a train under the tree--per tradition). He greeted us graciously and, without hesitation, took it back to his workbench to tinker. Ultimately, the issue was deemed to be more involved than a quick fix would allow, but he worked faithfully on it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it fixed for us, in spite of the complications. It is abundantly apparent that he loves what he does and is good at it, to boot. I am glad that we paid attention to the positive reviews that he received when choosing a place to service the engine. Trains on Tracks is recommended without reservation, and we will definitely be back! Our experience here reinforced our belief in the value of supporting local business.

I went to Trains on tracks this week and it was a great experience. I had called about getting my locos repaired and when I went not only was it a great store with great products and prices, but the service was unbelievably great. My locos were repaired and you are honestly treated like family there. I cannot recommend it enough and will be a customer for life.

They have an outstanding selection of model trains, accessories, and parts. Not to mention a wonderful model train display.

A brick and mortar shop with heart and sole - which is what is missing with "online only" stores.

Came here to get a starter train set for my son. The store front itself is probably no bigger than 400sqft but Ray utilizes it to the fullest. He has a small 8x4 display in the front window of the store that showcases a few sets of trains. Ray has a a genuine love for his job and it shows in his ability to talk with his customers. Will definitely be back for more trains and accessories.

The service and knowledge the gentleman running the business is exceptional. I enjoy spending time with him and learning about the train hobby. honest prices good quality service there's nothing more you can ask from any business.

I brought my father's childhood Lionel train set, made ~1940s, to Trains on Tracks to be refurbished. In spite of it sitting untouched in my garage for 15 years, they brought it back to life and it has been working beautifully. I am truly appreciative of their efforts. I enjoy recalling fond memories of my father as I set it up under the Christmas tree each year.

Tbh it’s a very good store I know the guy and he’s pretty nice modeled my own train layout on his in the store.
