I love going here & looking at the Halloween decorations while planning my new kitchen. When we bought our kitchen appliances the employees were very helpful & we were able to get our refrigerator, wall oven,,stove top & dishwasher at good prices. The employees are very helpful & nice. One of my favorite places to go on dates with the hubby 😀

I've had issues with this home depot in the past. Picking up things from the customer service desk. But today aiden was amazing! He was more than helpful and he helped myself, along with other customers quickly! Give this guy a raise!

Home depot verses menards? Home depot all the way. Even if i lose my husband in there, it only takes me a few minutes to find him. Menards??? 30 minutes and several phone calls playing marco polo to find him. Home depot wins hands down!

Wonderful, healthy hanging basket flowers from Home Depot garden center, and my diy patio projects utilizing supplies from HD, I couldn't be more pleased. Friendly courteous staff and well appointed store.

We were in the market for a new refrigerator and looked at Home Depot after online shopping. Curtis R helped us while we were browsing and before you know it, we had purchased a new one thanks to his knowledgeable assistance. He is a great asset to the appliance department and we will be back for sure!

I just bought a new sink for my bathroom yesterday and I had no idea what I needed to re-plumb. What was under the sink was old and outdated and the new water lines wouldn’t fit onto the water shut off valves. I showed some pictures to the associate in the plumbing section and he got me exactly what I needed to do the job on my own. He was super knowledgeable and really helpful. I now have a working bathroom sink!

I went in for plumbing parts and was greeted by a lady who was absolutely amazing in this department I wish I knew her name she deserves an award for her expertise. Thank you for the help!

Home Depot is so much better than it used to be. I have been in this store in the past and it has been next to impossible to find associates to help with questions. This time there were multiple associates that came to me and asked to assist. They even provided adequate advice. Very pleased that they have stepped up their game.

I always have a positive experience here. It's easy to find an associate, when needed, and they are always knowledgeable. They don't follow you around, continuously asking if you're finding everything you need. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Customer service has skyrocketed at the Casper, WY location in the past couple of years! Used to be I couldn't stand going in there as employees were rude and didn't care and now they all seem to have smiles and be genuinely interested in helping. Great job, Depot!!!

I was looking for a plumbing part for a diy project and I found exactly what I needed at the Home Depot. The associate went above and beyond to make sure the part was the right size. Great selection of goods at great prices! I will return, thanks!

My visit was wonderful. The Assistant Manager, Chance, went above and beyond to help me. My payment was due today and the systems were down. He called a corporate office and they accepted my payment, thus avoiding a late charge. He did this all with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. Kudos to my hero of the day, Chance!

Linda is the best ever! So very patient and goes way out of her way to help everyone! There's another great help that works at the professional desk, I don't know his name but he helped me get Milwaukee drill set, thank you. I'd search these two out for help because it didn't Matter what department it was in, they got it done!

My husband and I went in to look at weed eaters and left with a pretty decent one as well as an impact wrench that was on sale. Rick, the sales associate, and Amber, the self checkout host, were amazing with their help.

The information available online is so far ahead of what is currently provided by any and all competitors. I can know exactly what is in stock and the aisle and bay so that it is a quick trip rather than wandering around the store like at other places. The staff seem to know exactly where things are when asked also. Well done!
