We may not have very many stores in our mall, but JCPenney is still a great store to shop, and great customer service keeps me coming back.

I was pleased with the selection and sale prices. Found a lovely shirt for my husband and at a great price. Everyone was ki d and helpful. Will shop again. Also, the store was nice.

Got my haircut here just got a trim around the back end ears they didn't excellent job only charged me $10 Great service amazing price no more haircuts are around 20 bucks for men would recommend 10/10

Very nice store with helpful and friendly staff. Great bargains to be had. Don't like the colors in final clearance. Yellow and black make me think of caution, not good deals.
A little inside baseball these are the lower priced things before you see them at Ross/Kohls for more.

The jewelry counter and the holiday sales were the best around during this holiday season. The best part was the sales clerk, Christian, who for the past two years has helped my husband pick the perfect gift at the best price!

We go here to get our son's haircut, super reasonable prices for children's cuts and they do an excellent job with our son who has a hard time with haircuts. They are wonderful!

It was more than I expected. Bought my granddaughter a Black Hills Cross necklace and saved close to 70% off. I am very impressed with JCPenney.

Great sale. We could not find a shopping cart. We had to leave our plunder at the checkout while we shopped. Staff very helpful.

Visited the salon. Had my hair cut. No wait time. The girl was friendly and did a good job cutting my hair.

Always nice to go into a store and have somebody check on you and see if you need any help or if they can try to find anything for you.
