Impressively good customer service especially considering it’s a crazy weekend of last minute holiday shopping. The employees are happy to help. One guy literally ran to get something I was looking for from the back. Returns are super easy too.

Large store has more groceries compared to other targets in Alaska. They’re currently under construction in the Starbucks and Pizza Hut department and their customer service area. The stores clean their cleaning the registers after every use as much as possible. Enjoyed my quick shopping trip for essentials.

Ethan and Kitoi are stellar Rock Stars! Their knowledge and critical analysis skills are off the charts. Both go above and beyond to assist and troubleshoot any tech issues. And if your scenario is personally sensitive, they are incredibly compassionate and supportive human beings. They were bright spots bookending my brutal day and I couldn’t be more grateful that they were the angels to rescue me. Ethan and Kitoi, I can’t thank you enough! You salvaged my Birthday. ❤

Very familiar and easy to navigate layout! Self checkout makes for a speedy trip for just a handful of things.

Some of the clothing they bring in has questionable quality but returns are easy. I've had the price of an item not match up once I gotten to checkout but this has been fixed at checkout in each occasion. Customer service is great. Lines open up when they need too. Self checkout is smooth. Food selection is great.

Love Target. They have really cute Halloween decorations that are very inexpensive. For example a 16 in. Posable skeleton & $5 ghost mugs.

It's Target. It has everything you need plus some. Took my 15 year old school shopping there and it turned out great. Go there and give them your dollars.

Amazing experience today regarding an electronic product I bought that stopped working in less than a month. Customer service and the two managers were amazing in helping, I was obviously frustrated but they handled the return very diligently and respectfully. Having a bad experience with a return item can really turn you away from a store or brand so it was reassuring to have this handled with a positive outcome. I very much want to thank Ashley and specifically Xiomna (sorry for spelling) for their excellent help; I hope this message reaches their team.

I love to order at Target cause I can usually get the order in a couple hours. I use the drive up pick up service, employees are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I do not like is I don’t get notified of out of stock items in my order.

For the most part I love the products but when we go there we can’t find them.

Customer service is excellent. i have never had a problem with returns or corrections on pricing. They stock most of the products I use witch makes it an excellent one stop shop. New team member Kayla is extremely nice and helpful. i go to her check stand every time she is working no matter how long the line. She brightens my day.

If your in south side of town and looking for a little shopping this target is for you. It probably has everything you need with great customer service. They really do treat you like a guest.

I usually enjoy going to this Target and customer service is usually good, but I was really impressed by the employee in the technology section who helped my boyfriend with his gaming questions and was able to help me with a product that was in the back. I commend him even more because there were other customers who needed assistance and he did his best to accommodate them and after helping us. These customers were rude and impatient with him but he kept his composure and was still kind when they were making snarky comments about waiting long (5minutes top). Thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but the associate working in technology section on Saturday March 13th around 1-4PM at south anchorage needs a raise!
