They are really great. I have been living in Joliet for a while and it was like finding a hidden gem. Their prices are pretty low and their workers are always so kind. Thank you H and M

I recently went there and the customer service is amazing. They are so nice to you and help you find anything you need. They even have a good supply of items.

The manager is always very pleasant. He always gives me recommendations, and he makes sure I know the deals going on and I appreciate it very much!! The prices for some items are better than other places and some are higher. Still try it, plus they markdown a lot of stuff. They are open later than anyone else, too.

They are so nice, help you when you can't find something and they all are very knowledgeable and the young lady that helped me today was able to suggest a product and I washed my hair as soon as I got home and used it and I'm happy to say it worked and I wish I knew her name so I could properly thank her.

Great place to go and I pass three other beauty supply places but I pass them and go here because of customer service and professionalism.

Been in there 2 days straight and both experiences were awesome! I dreaded so badly going to the other stores in the area so I came here. Glad I came here! It's family-oriented and the entire family from Papa to the daughters and son are the sweetest people you ever want to meet! Papa gave me candy, a free mask and something else. They have a variety of hair supplies and miscellaneous items at your disposal. They even have discounts on select items. Reasonable prices throughout their establishment. It's a storefront space but it's huge on the inside. I'm claustrophobic but I was able to navigate through the narow aisles lol. Someday I want to buy their handbags bc I'm addicted to purses lol. I rarely do anything for myself and took the opportunity while I could. Been outta work over a year but was blessed with some pocket change to do something for myself for the holidays, so I did just that! Please go to this store! You won't regret your decision! They're better than the competition down the street! I'll definitely be back there again someday when I am able to afford something on my own! Took my son for a walk bc we don't live that far and since the weather was decent. He got to meet the owner's daughters. They're so sweet and very helpful! My review says it all! Thank you all!
