Casey's

I love pizza. Every time I order Casey’s I get excited because the pizza is phenomenal. I just picked my online order up and it was ready to go with my drink and I was treated with respect and thanked. The guy with the cool looking dreads makes masterpieces in that kitchen. Kudos to him.

Update - 5/3/23

A previous post of mine was critical about the availability of products Casey sells not being available at the 22nd street WDM store. As far as this location goes, Crystal and Olivia have changed my perception and my rating. I went to the 100th street store to redeem Lottery tickets and was treated rudely by the clerks, so I left and went to the 22nd St. Store. Olivia saw a line was forming and stepped up to help. She was extremely friendly but ran into an issue with the lottery cards due to something that the other store had done incorrectly. She asked Crystal for help and both of them exceeded my expectations of customer service with their "the customer comes first" attitudes. They totally resolved my issue even apologizing for my experience at the other store. I will gladly drive the additional .6 of a mile to their store. Thank you Crystal & Olivia!

I go here often and normally it isn't a bad experience but it isn't anything special. Today I came and the cashier greeted us which never happens and after we got what we needed we had the absolute pleasure of having him ring everything up. The cashiers name was Jayden and he is by far the best worker I have ever come across at Casey's or any gas station for that matter! He made me want to come back and forget about all the not so pleasant times I've spent at this Casey's. If you have the chance to go here, Jayden will make your visit worth it!

I don't know her name but the kitchen worker tonight made awesome pizza. The checkout staff were good too. This Casey's went through a rough spell with lack of staff but they are recovering nicely. Good job everyone!

I has a 0 star review on the caseys on grand Ave. It's was the worst customer experience and the store inside and out was very unclean. Piss was all over the place in the bathroom also and almost feel on the ground due to being icy in the parking lot and old pizza. This caseys however was amazing and completely different experience. Jaden had awesome customer service and greeted me right away. The store outside and inside was clean and fresh pizza!

Just got a pizza this afternoon and the cook, who was by herself was super apologetic and super awesome. The pizza was running behind and she just handled it really well with me and actually discounted it because I understood. Hope this makes it to her somehow, but I once again really appreciate the courteous and honest handling today. Ohh and btw the pizza was very good, honestly cost less than dominos and tasted way better. Awesome job

I have got to give a shout out to the car wash attendant who was working on Friday February 5th around 1pm. I had just gotten back from a trip to see some friends in Council Bluffs/Omaha and drove through the ice and snow blizzard the day before. So needless to say my car had ice Ang dirt all over it and 3/4 of the way up the car. It was really filthy and the gentleman who was in the car wash getting the ice off of people's vehicles before their vehicles went through the carwash did such a fantastic job on my car that I will probably never go to another carwash to have my car cleaned ever again as long as that man is the one who is cleaning off the cars before they go into the carwash. Great job out of your employee.

My boyfriend got the taco pizza (of course) and ordered me a Gluten-free Pizza which was so incredibly delicious! I had planned to eat something at home and now I know I can enjoy Casey's again!

Always answer when I call to get pizza. Make a really good pizza and employees have always been very nice. I read some of the other negative reviews and I find them hard to believe based on my experiences getting pizza here Most recent time, I forgot to tell them what size pizza while on phone and they called me back to check what size I wanted.

Great pizza, awesome staff!

The evening staff has been awesome. When I need a pizza they're always made just right. Not too many topping or too much sauce to where the pizza slides around. Love it.

Car wash attendant was awesome. Was that guy who took their muddy jeep through the car wash. He was super thorough and polite.

Million times better car wash than you get at Mister Car Wash! The attendant pre-washed my car for a good 10 minutes before going through!

Casey's Pizza is the best Gas Station Pizza period. Unless you driving down south lol some Loves Gas Stations have Godfathers pizza.

I actually went to the carwash today and the guys did a great job! Only car wash I go to. Keep up the amazing work guys!

Always great! Their carwash was easy to use and did a great job. Annnnnnd of course it rained later that day.

This is a good Casey's location. I've ordered pizza from this one many times and have always been pleased.

It is raining like crazy out right now and this place has someone outside with an umbrella walking people from cars inside and back outside!!!!! 🙂 best customer service!
