Keith should teach customer service classes. I called every store I could think of to find ice melt and nobody had any and when i called the store keith answered and said that it wasnt available in the front yet but that he had received a pallet of 50 lb bags and he would go grab however many I needed and have them waiting in a cart by the front door. He also was my cashier and just one of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. To top off my amazing experience he had me pull my car up to the front door and he carried it out to my car for me. I will definitely be back thank you Keith

When I walked in, an employee by the name of Stacey asked what I was looking for. I was hesitant to tell her because it was an odd request for some special bolts that I was going to need to further modify. I had previously been at a store that specializes in nuts and bolts who didn't understand what I was talking about. To my surprise, Stacey new exactly what I was talking about and even asked if I had the tap & die set to do what I intended. I replied that I would do it using a metal lathe. She understood that as well. I've never met a hardware store employee half as helpful.

Beware the prices are a touch high though

They had what I needed and were friendly. They usually dont have enough staff to walk you right to the item you need or explain what options you have to complete your project. But for a quick stop, they're awesome. Close to my home, good selection, friendly service, and not nearly as crowded as the bigger hardware stores. Great resource for the community.

Called to see if they had a particular part. I got to the store and was greeted friendly and walked me right to the products. Staff was great and knowledgeable and they made sure they greeted everybody that walked through their doors. And help each and every single customer with their needs. Great small hardware store

This hardware store is incredible. They have virtually anything you could possible need or want. The store is laid out in such a way that you can find what you need easily and quickly. And if you're in need of a specialty part; i.e.: Machine screws; spherical bearings; slider and screen door hardware; casters; diamond plate material. You name it; they've got it!!!

Love this place they always have what I'm looking for, and are always very helpful there as well. Their prices are fair, and I don't have to go to a big box store. Everything is so easy to find there. I totally recommend them to everyone

Nice little store has a little bit of everything. Very convenient. Whoever is working front desk will always say hi and help if they're not busy.

Experienced staff with lots of knowledge on materials to use for specific jobs. Conveniently located and most stuff is priced pretty good if not better than what you get at the 2 giants.

Ignore the bad reviews before the new manager took over, this place is the best hardware store in town and best prices.
