Love their womens section for active sports and everyday wear. Have good collections everytime i go. Everyday grocery retailer. You can find grocery, cosmetics and home improvement all under 1 roof. Pretty big store. Quick service.

This is a great Target location. It is clean, large, and has a great clothing and snack stock! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We came here for a day trip to the States and was not disappointed. Their vinyl record section was smaller compared to other Targets that I’ve been to… but they had the one I came for! I would visit again.

A few days ago I was looking for a item to finish my Christmas shopping. I’ve called multiple locations there was no answer. I called this Amherst location and the team lead Liz answered and helped me locate where they had the item in stocked she went above and beyond contacting other stores to find this one item. With not much success from other stores she located it. And I am grateful that this location has an employee like her, great customer service, patience and much more thank you again team lead Liz

We went when it was very busy (4:30 pm on a Saturday) and the store was still clean/organized. There was a long checkout line which I was not thrilled about but it ended up moving quickly and we were only in line for a little over five minutes. Overall it was a great experience.

I LOOOVE THIS TARGET!! ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND HAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING STAFF. I come here to find UNIQUE affordable decor. I love the ease of online shopping and store pick up. This place is neat and very organized. My entire loves our Target runs. They have everything from food to Furniture.

I’m not sure what people are talking about this store is very clean! The employees are very friendly! Maybe customers shouldn’t just throw merchandise everywhere and anywhere if not interested in it! The curbside pickup is amazing! Every time I have ordered it’s ready within an hour , the orders are always correct and most importantly the products I ordered are not crushed or damaged! Also as soon as get to store I check in with app and the employees bring order out with 5 min!!!

The customer service staff are a group of Rockstars. Not just because of how they took care of me but how they took care of everyone. I felt like a valued customer before it was even my turn in line. That’s next level!

This store has everything you need from clothes to food. It has bikes and car supplies.
There is a Starbucks as you enter the store. It helps us enjoy shopping trip just a little more.😁

On target for good prices here at Target in Amherst ,N.Y., USA.

I have never had a single issue with their drive-up process. Everyone’s problems could be fixed if you followed the instructions. Even when they were out of stock of an item, it was shipped to my house and refunded within 2 days. I love this target specifically, they are always fast and friendly even when the store is packed (which is always)

Charles, the cashier was amazing he was so happy, and we had a great conversation about Pixar movies rate 10/10

Target still remains my happy place. I love the drive up service. Yes, you will wait longer on weather days (no one wants to be out in the weather so we're all doing drive up). I'm just thankful I'm not out in the weather on those days and am extra appreciative that a team member is willing to bring my purchases to the car. I love the self checkout. Sometimes there are issues with long lines, but the team actively tries to get wait times down as quickly as possible. I'm frustrated with fellow shoppers that leave the store a mess. My heart goes out to the team members that have to clean up after those that trash the neatly folded piles or clothing racks.

Every single employee that I came in contact with and needed some information, or help finding something went over and above in their customer service. From in aisle associates to cashier's, all were great. Thank you Target employees for making my Christmas buying experience an enjoyable and stress-free.

This location is always quick about getting pick-up orders out, and the employee that brings out the order is always friendly and courteous

I had a really great order pickup experience today at Target. Once I got to the store to pick up my online order, there was no line and no wait time. I was also greeted by a customer service representative almost immediately once I got in the order pick-up line. Overall, this Target's order online and pickup in-store process seemed very organized and efficient. The customer service representative was very nice too. I also love that they have a Starbucks right in the store.

I ordered something online that arrived damaged. I returned it in store where they had the item in stock so the associate put my refund on a gift card, I went to grab the replacement item, and they price-matched my purchase. The process was quick and seamless as the associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Found what I was looking for, store was very neat and tidy as well. Line for checkout was pretty long (I went at 11am on Saturday) but the cashiers were very speedy and got everyone checked out in a timely manner!
