Barnes & Noble

I ordered these two books online and went to pick them up a few days later. I received just the one book and was told the other book was not able to be found. I went to the customer help desk and the two very nice women working went on a hunt throughout the store to find me these books. I live in Costa Rica and me ordering online just simply is not a reasonable option unless it’s when I’m in the states. THANK YOU for going the extra mile this day for me!

Store was clean and organized. Finding a specific book can still be a chore but this isn’t unique to this location or any specific bookstore in particular.

They have a great Games selection as well.

Went in to buy the book Zilot which I saw advertised this morning on the Today show. Took time to find it but I'm glad they were able to. My daughters and I used to do something very similar throughout the day, but especially at bedtime. We made up little rhymes and songs and sang them with gusto so this book struck a chord with me.

The staff are always super helpful.

First visit to this location and Definitely not the last. Fantastic selection of books.. staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the Starbucks is in there with the fireplace!! Will Definitely return.

Barnes & Noble is a wonderful place to come with the family. The staff is wonderful knowledgeable conveniently there when you need him or her. Yes we know technology right now is ruling the world but to get your children minds elevated and to increase curiosity learning and intelligence books is what you need to indulge them in.

We need our children reading pass 20 characters. We may have children learning past what so and so said. We need our children getting the opportunity to explore the world around and through many different authors many different books many different genres.

A fun place to go where adventure has no limit Barnes & Noble. You can get a nice bite to eat a good good sweet to try and a good refreshments and drink.❤🤗🔖📜📚❤🥰😍💪🏼🙏🏽🤩💯

Long lines. Looked discouraging.
However, the lines were moving rapidly. I'm surprised and very grateful. Also, I had a very lovely customer care young lady, who made my trip there 100% satisfying..!!

It is a big store. Tons of different products. It has more things than just books. They have vynils, a decent selection of boardgames, backpacks, coffee (Starbucks) and all sorts of literature.

Always a treat going here. Staff is kind and willing to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. Went in for a specific Lego set. I could not find it on the floor or up at the checkout area. Went to customer service, and he searched high and low until he came back with one. Nothing but nice things to say about this B&N.

I bought a birthday gift for my father and ended up hanging out for an hour. Did I mention I love the smell of this store. The staff helped me out with No wait time. Great store and great staff.

Love this as a date night with my wife, always very helpful and a nice clean place to sit and check out some books that we enjoy.

To say that I could spend hours browsing the shelves at this location would be an understatement. Always clean and well stocked, friendly staff and conveniently located next to Trader Joe's!!

I love going to Barnes & Noble. I came out with a $5 cookbook. There is something about a good cookbook and not just getting a recipe off the internet.

Best place to get your books. All books are it great condition and theres always a wonderful selection.
Theres even a small café so you can grab a snack or a coffee and read in the store.
Overall a great atmosphere and amazing store.

Barnes & Noble is one of my absolute favorite places to go. I love how the smell from both the books and the Starbucks coffee blend together, creating a cozy and inviting aroma. The quiet chatter of customers, the soft music in the background, thousands of books to peruse, unnecessary but amazing stationary supplies... I just love this place!

I only wish they would bring back those nice cushioned chairs next to the windows. I would sit there for hours, reading through a couple dozen books or so, before deciding which ones I wanted to buy (I usually buy more than any reasonable person should). Sitting by the fireplace is nice, too, but good luck finding an open seat.

I also enjoy getting a drink and a snack from Starbucks while I sit at one of the tables and write. I've spent countless hours writing there, consuming Triple Chocolate Chunk cookies and assorted cheesecake slices and pink drinks and dragon drinks...

Spending a day here always has a way of relaxing me and helps to calm my mind after a stressful day or week, etc. Try it out and see for yourself.

Associates are very pleasant & helpful to help you find what your looking for. REBECCA & LUCAS were very helpful and help me. Highly recommended.
