Nordstrom Rack

I love Nordstrom Rack. To set realistic expectations this location doesn’t seem to get the impressive bag and shoe drops from Nordstrom marked down to a fraction of their original price like you see on social media. However, the staff is always really pleasant, and the store is always clean (not always tidy if you go during a large sale or a Canadian holiday weekend). The biggest plus for me is that they allow dogs. I primarily shop the app and then go in store to return and that process is always quick and easy.

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from Michelle, she was great! Because I'd done a mailorder, it did not occur to me to try my purchase on. She suggested I did, and I'm glad I did because one item did not fit.

I was excited to do some shopping here on New Year's Eve. From high end to extremely affordable clearance racks, this store has something for everyone!

I always love to go to Nordstrom's rack, it's one of my favorite places to shop. The staff are so helpful and
friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your visit at their store is a wonderful experience. Even at peak holiday times of the year they have incredible patience and a smile on their face. The selection of clothing, shoes, purses and accessories high quality One stop shopping possible. And now that they have a children's and baby section buying gifts for new additions to the family and for friends and coworker showers is easier than ever. They never fail to impress me.

Nice place with plenty of inventory and good prices. Manager is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

I just went in to the brick and mortar store for the first time this afternoon. I have shopped online for items in the past and have always been pleased with the timely shipping of goods etc. I had purchased my husband some dress shoes for work and a few of the pairs didn't fit, hence I was returning them. The store was clean and well organized. I went to the return and purchase counter with my unwieldy box and an associate immediately brought a cart over to me to let me put my items into it while waiting. I had just gotten into line and would not have minded holding them, but her attention was appreciated nonetheless. The line was expedited quickly and 3 of the 4 associates taking care of customers *including the one who had assisted me with the cart for my boxes* were all visibly and audibly pleasant. When I got to the front of the line, the same girl who had helped me was the one to actually wait on me. She was very personable and I felt that she enjoyed her job. After years of retail and retail management experience, it is difficult to find salespeople that are kind, let alone those that enjoy their jobs. Being a busy mom, sometimes it's just easier to shop online for items, but I will definitely make the time to come back to this store, based on customer service alone! Thank you for making my experience an enjoyable one!!

From high end to extremely affordable clearance racks, this store has something for everyone! The shoe department is amazing, the clothing department covers infant through adult...every taste imaginable. I've been going to this store for years and I never leave empty-handed.
They have a points card and a credit credit card to offer and are not pushy about it: that was great! There's a home section and accessories as well. Everything is well organized and the staff is helpful I'd you ask a question, but never in your face.

Great store! You can find a bit of everything upscale at amazing prices. The handbag selection is amazing, along with women's shoes and apparel. You can get get current fashion at low prices. Can't beat the selection and prices! Stock changes frequently so you never know what you'll find. Great customer service, too!

I was thrilled when I finally did some shopping here. Nordstrom was my go to place when I lived in the Midwest. Nordstrom Rack isn't at all the same. But, it has a large sliver of the goodness that made Nordstrom my favorite midwest clothing store.

Great store with so much selection. All the name brands you love for reasonable prices. One of my favorite stores

So Yeah.....um yes! Today was my 1st time in this store and let me tell you...Yes! I made out with 2 pairs of shoes and a few tops and that's really rare for me in a single store (I do much better online). One negative is that the clothing options for men, like many other stores is scarce. There's always that one designated mini corner that most "female-oriented" stores have that kinda make even carrying men's clothing pointless. Well... there was my few seconds of sympathizing with my fiance's issue of finding more than a few fully stocked, reasonably priced men's clothing stores. I was ok-ed by the Women's clothing. They had plenty of clearance racks and discounted racks throughout the store. But real treasure here is the shoes!! Both men's and women's shoes are an amazing selection to choose from. My fiance found a pair of snazzy dress shoes in the isles and isles of inventory. And what great prices! I am so love with the 2 pairs of shoes that I found in here!! I didn't even have to dig they were just waiting for me to show up! My opinion---GET HERE!

I met a lady named Claudia there(didn't work there). She was waiting for her daughter while she shopped. I asked her opinion on a shirt I was thinking about buying. We spent 45 minutes looking for an outfit for me to wear.I had an amazing experience.

This is a very nice store. There is so much to look at I wish we had more time to look. There are so many great deals too. Clothing for the whole family, Makeup, shoes. Plus amazing brand names. This store is huge and very organized. Hope I can go back soon.

A great location to stop in for a quick vista to check out the finds!

This location is 80% women's wear and 20% men's. Easy location to shop around but they do have a very good selection of shoes.

Better brands are offered here, if you find some merchandise on clearance SCORE!!!!

Allways worth stopping in this location to check out the latest bargains!!!!!!

Google thinks I went here and wants my opinion. I went somewhere else nearby but I'm giving Nordstrom 5 stars just because I'm a nice guy.

Perfect place for clothing. Branded clothes at affordable price range and lot of options.

A sign stated hat's 20.00 and under so I found one but was marked 29.00 asked if it was within the stated price above on sign sales associate stated correct price asked for manager stated the delimma so Manager stated would 20.00 be too much I stated no and was adjusted to 20.00 dollars Great Store.They do work with you ! Great deals and values got a pair of in season boots for 8.98 better than the thrift,or Goodwill store !

Love this place! Everytime I visit it's like a treasure hunt. Go often to find bargains. If you are looking for a basic to add to your closet or a statement piece, this is the place to go.
