Carrabba's Italian Grill

In my opinion Carrabba’s is underrated. The food is always delicious no matter what you order. Cocktails are on a sweeter side but still worth the reasonable price. We always get great service at this location and I highly recommend this place for any occasion.

This was my husband’s and I first time eating at Carrabas. Our server EJ executed amazing service throughout our dinner. He was very professional and attentive. The food was also up to par and delicious. We are very pleased.

The food flavors were very good. The drinks were pretty good. Ordered an espresso Martini, and at first I thought that the spiggot was dirty. Then, when I came home, I couldn't fall asleep till 7 am the next day. Really, really heavy handed with the espresso, lol. It happens. I noticed they charged me for a chocolate Martini so it's safe to assume that espresso martinis aren't normally ordered. The lamb steaks portions were a lil underportioned in comparison to the picture and were stood upright which cooled them much quicker than usual due to the additional surface area exposed to the air.

The server fake pretended that she had our receipt in error and made references to tipping more than once. I think she's hurting financially. It made us a lil uncomfortable for our first experience here.

We will definitely come back. The wine pairings on the menu were spot on and really brought out the flavors of the dishes. Was super pleased.

The floors were slippery (oily) I slipped but caught myself and did not fall.

Service was spectacular, best we have had at any restaurant in some time. Apologies, I forgot her name as I arrived tardy, but she has been there for 18 years.

She made wonderful recommendations and informed us aware of the $10 take home dinner special which we took advantage of!

For a chain the food was hot, tasty and portions were generous. The service was awesome!

I walked a mile while pregnant to this wonderful establishment after enjoying a book at the nearest bookstore. My gosh can I just say the server Jessica M was outstanding, I was dining alone and had a rough couple of weeks we didn't talk much and that's what I needed, her service was on point for the time of day and her enthusiasm and smile each table visit was inspiring, made me leave with a huge sense of care and joy. Keep up the amazing work and the food was always soo very delicious the crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms were cooked to perfection and served nice and warm and gosh I love that free bread with oil.

Great Italian food, nice selection and great staff. This is one of my wife's top five restaurants in Erie and Niagara counties. We always enjoy ourselves there and this time was no exception. We had the new shrimp scampi with garlic toast for an appetizer. My wife had the lobster ravioli while I had the new filet & shrimp pasta Toscana. All of it was delicious and we look forward to future visits.

Our server was amazing. She explained things we never knew about and we've been coming here for years. Example.. telling us all of the spices used in the olive oil for our bread. We never knew because no one ever told us. She was so wonderful. We will be back again but mainly for not only the food but for Sears. She is great!!

Our first time to dine here and everything was delicious. I enjoyed the bread and spices but first timers need to know that you have to add the olive oil to your liking. Main dish portions are huge! Our server Brianna is amazing and gave us great recommendations. She’s a great multitasker. We were so full and happy with our experience.

Our experience is amazing every time we come here. All of the food is delicious and so fresh. The mozzarella marinara is the freshest mozzarella I’ve ever seen in mozzarella sticks. The steak is just as amazing as the pasta. The garlic mashed potatoes are insanely good. The dessert is incredible. The service is great too. We can always count on the food and service here to give us a great experience.

Dining at Carrabba's for the first time, was fantastic! My wife and kids had a great time. We loved the food and the service from our super waitress Brianna LoCurto. She went above and beyond service to make sure our experience was top-tier. Brianna was very knowledgeable of the menu and even helped my oldest who can be a picky eater find something delicious on the menu. I Hope she gets promoted! She deserves it!

You can't beat the lunch special. 2 chicken parm sandwiches and drinks for under $40

Debbie was our waitress. She was great...fun and efficient. The food is always fresh and made to order. Having a great waitress made our evening better than ever. Will definitely be back for more great food and great service at Carrabba's.

First time at this establishment and was really looking forward to the lasagna 😋.....however after ordering the hostess came over to let me know that they had ran out of lasagna.......7pm and no lasagna. Disappointing. So as a substitute I had the rigatoni and meat sauce......they threw in a complementary meatball......and I walked out somewhat satisfied. The hostess was great and all in all the food was good.

Food was considered good, and what is expected while eating out at most Italian Restaurants at this price range and close, to our home cooking. We considered it the best Italian food in Buffalo for this type of restaurant, in comparison. Our server, 'Anna G' deserves credit for this review. Great 'adult' server and I'm sure we will be back with other guests sometime soon. Thank you Anna G for making such an enjoyable evening.

We came here on a very busy valentine’s day but it was great! We did have to wait but once we got a table, the food came out quick and our server, Melinda was so nice! She was very busy but had a great attitude.

Solid Italian food. Amazing service ! Get the ribeye !! The chicken bryan was also ordered at my table and everyone loved that dish. The service was hands down better then the last 20 restaurants I went to. I often over look this chain because Buffalo is loaded with great Italian places .. but if you want consistency and better then average Italian food, give it a try.

Our server Brianna was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the different items to us We asked a lot of questions but she was sweet and patient with us. She helped us make great choices. Brianna was also very attentive. You need more of her!! Kudos !!

Our server, Brianna, was extremely attentive and friendly - five stars to her! Checking in with us often made us feel as though we WERE important to her day! Thank you, Brianna! The food was exceptional - as always! Our chicken marsalas were tender, moist and very flavorful! The bonus was the $10.00 take home chicken marsalas. Overall, a great experience - highly recommended!

We had a great experience mostly due to our server Debbie! I hope to have her again on our next visit. She was friendly and efficient. Ordered the Trio of Italy and it was fantastic! We also took advantage of the $10 add a meal offer. What a great deal! We will def be returning

Took my wife for lunch on her birthday & the atmosphere was perfect. The food was excellent, of course & the service was top tier.
